Great exercises. I’m an MD and couldn’t have come up with these.
(The minute numbers for each exercise in the notes would be great )

I’ve spent a few weeks off from running and doing PT , walking, riding. My ankle and PTTD doesn’t feel painful, but does feel weak and a bit achy still. How do you determine a return to run in your opinion? Is this something that will feel a bit achy when you return to running or should I expect it to be completely free from pain?

What if you were already running in orthotics prior to the injury?

If it works, don't fix it! But if you are just looking for ways to fix your posterior tib pain, I wouldn't only turn to orthotics

@@erinmalette7276 it is going to depend on the person! If you are struggling to get rid of posterior tib pain after trying exercises, it might be a good idea to see a PT who can do a full body assessment
