The Defiantini
1c Pear Nectar
1½oz Reposado Tequila
¾oz Grand Marnier Liqueur (or an alternate orange flavored liqueur)
Combine all three ingredients in a mixing glass, stir with ice and strain into a martini glass. This martini is stirred not shaken.
Garnish with a slice of pear or a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme.
Optional: For a little added sweetness, drizzle just a little honey in the martini glass before you pour in the cocktail.
