I'm not sure when you went to this event I just happened to run in to it today, but an event like this is an addiction for me, cultural anything is my happy place. In fact if I could I would take a vacation and spend most of it there. I've gone to Chicago and San Francisco
to attend thinks like this and I'm from Kansas boring but true. I accidentally hit the send button so oops sorry 2 messages instead of one. Ahh love museum/exhibit type places. I definitely agree that it's better if you're by yourself. Going with a crowd feels rushed and you're always pressured which is no fun lol

Ahhh this made me so happy to watch! Last year I lived in Gwangju right by the ACC but I never got to go in and do anything fun because of COVID!

My favourite art form has to do with what ppl can do with their body: dancing (mainly traditional forms like Irish dance, nihon buyo (日本舞踊), traditional Latin style dances, ballet, jazz, etc.), contortionism, gymnastics, figure skating. It's not that I'm not into modern dancing, but I majored in history and just find traditional dances all across the globe to be far more exciting to watch :) I will say, I prefer traditional music too. Kpop isn't it for me, but pansori? Bring it on!

I love seeing art galleries and music events and festivals. I am a huge Kpop fan but I would not hesitate to listen to any traditional music - no no matter where it is from. Gwangju is definitely being added to my list of places to visit 😁

Music will always be my favorite form of art but my entire life has been spent admiring all different types of art, performing arts are at the top of my list always but my all time favorite non-performing art is ancient art history! Seeing how people in BC times decorated their spaces with architecture, pottery, frescos, paintings, etc. I adore it all. Museums are my happy place, surrounded by art made throughout history. I'd love to see museum videos if at all possible. My trip to Seoul was waylaid by the pandemic and has not yet been rescheduled unfortunately.

I'm in the US out of state; Hurricane Ida wiped out our power and other bad things back home. Waiting an hour to see if my tooth responded well to a dentist here or if I need a root canal this afternoon. 😟 Watching your video added some normalcy to my day. Glad you had fun.

There are two GwangJu(s) in Korea, Like Frankfurt(s) of Germany, and Portland(s) in USA and UK.
Two GwangJu(s) are pronounced same in korean 광주.
in Chinese letter, northern GwangJu is 廣州, it means 'huge land'
southern GwangJu is 光州, and means 'city of light'
Guangzhou City in China has same name with northern one 廣州
