Hello Dr. Matty. I have a device which has only 1 lead (2 pads). How would I hook that up on my arm? Do I do the tendon part first then the muscle? Many thanks!
Usually Tens or stimulation machine comes with two leads. Not sure what device u have. Otherwise it will affects the treatment effectiveness.
@@drmattywong I don't have a Tens unfortunately but a knock-off stimulation bought years ago. I have never been able to figure out how to use that device properly. Wanted to give it a try after seeing your vid.
