    Chris St. Cavish is a trained chef who has been in China for two decades and is a genuine expert on every style of regional cuisine. If ever a real deal there was, it's this guy. I predict this channel is going to blow up big time.

    Delightful videos (all 2 of them that i have seen). Im not a pasta/noodle lover (raised on rice in south america) but i see noodles in China as a primal link back to the dawn of agriculture in the neolithic era. Grains are an important part of our human experience. The peoples of Asia took those grains and went deep into their possibilities. I look forward to learning more from you all!

    又一个诚恳的建议 一定要多去中国高端一点的餐馆 才能具体体会到中餐的精妙 便宜的餐厅基本都是糊口的 不能完全代表中餐 便宜的中餐馆和高端的完全是两个世界
