What I’ve found on turbo exhaust systems is that a little permatex copper on your finger and rubbed onto the gaskets really helps keep the pressure in. We typically use it on aftermarket headers and anything boosted. Trust me, save the hassle of having to pull it apart again. A little goes a very long way
It's always a "Personal Victory" when you find either a 10mm or a 1/2 inch that you lost lol. Before I retired and moved here "Florida" we farmed over 2000 acres in Indiana. I used to go to auctions and buy every 1/2 inch and 9/16 that I could find lol
