Good luck finding one. These hats are super meticulous and hard to make, and it takes them years of training to make it look so simple and easy. My grandmother was a hat maker back in Vietnam and for an experienced hat maker like her, the most she could produce in 1 day was about 2 hats.
I really like these hats and I'd like to wear one but as I don't live in Asia people would stare at me for wearing one and it would make me feel uncomfortable.
Depending on where you're from or live, most Asian markets have them, and most touristy shops in a Chinatown will have them, even though yes, they are NOT a Chinese product. Of course, nothing beats buying one form these ladies and handing them the cash directly to help them.
Conical hats are cool asf, I don't know why but Raeden from mortal combat always come to mine when I see these hats lol

I have one and wear it all the time, I am personally asian American and they are real comfy but you will get a few looks tho.
Same but it blocks out that Texas sun better than dad hats. Honestly I don't think people should care. Functionality over fashion
