Since my trip to Italy I've been looking for a simple Penne Arrabbiata. I think I just found it. All the recipes I have found had tons of ingredients and steps which was nothing like what I had in Italy. There was something so good about the simplicity of the pasta dishes that made it so good. Thank you for sharing this.
Fun fact: in Italy this recipe is Called "Penne All'arrabbiata" not "Penne arabiadah" like anglos say. The italian Of this man, I'm sorry to say it, it's terrible. 😔
