    “Barbell from Hell” (350)
    5 - Push-ups
    5 - Bent over rows
    5 - RDL’s
    5 - Cleans
    5 - Front Squats
    5 - Overhead Strict Press
    5 - Back Squats
    95 lbs - 115 lbs for 10 rounds under 28 minutes!! It won’t taste good at all!! 💪🏼

      Won’t get you big but barbell complexes are good for conditioning.

    After hip abductor I was beat and hoped the workout was done..then you said leg press..that's been my favorite since I finally started working on legs...GOT BEAT UP TODAY FOR SURE.. THANKS FOR THE VIDS

    Great attitude. I didn't see any calf raises or hamstring extensions unless they were incorporated into another exercise.
