I'm leaving in a developed country and more particular Greece, we are a nation of tourism industry and famous for our hospitality. What I'm experiencing in your videos cannot be described in words. There are really good vibes and bad ones at the same time. They all have to do with the scenery and the people. I'm really very surprised ! Thanks a lot and we are very lucky to have such an insight of that culture. Also I try to read all the comments which are really interesting to see how many different opinions and speculation the human mind can create. Thank you !
One thing I’ve noticed in all of your videos is how sweet and genuinely happy the waitresses are to see children. This is very heartwarming to see, and demonstrates a gentle side to North Korean culture that we in the West do not see from other media.

Watch closer. :) There are some intersections with traffic lights in Pyongyang. They are always on the opposite street side. Signal pattern is the same as it was in the former GDR (flashing green before turning to yellow), this might be no coincidence as they copied a lots of things from the GDR. media barat selalu memberitakan bahwa kehidupan dikorut penuh dengan air mata. lah divideo ini, mereka penuh dengan senyum ceria serta tawa bahagia. bahkan diliat dari raut wajahnya, warga Korut kelihatan lebih bahagia dari warga korsel yang terlihat tengah stress berat.
Gimana gak stres di Korsel tingkat rasis nya tinggi . Bahkan sesama mereka pun rasis nya mintak ampun..
Jaka Parker is the closest any of us can get to see what it’s like living in North Korea, even if they live like royalty there. It’s incredible they have this experience, especially with a camera. Did you have to sell your soul to the Devil to do this or what? Lol

This has got to be a very eye opening video, the interaction you and your family had with the locals there in North Korea. It's very interesting and incredible to see this kind of video being documented, as it's the most mysterious place on Earth and we have no idea what the locals are like, but the two-way street is always painted very negatively through Mainstream, so seeing this is incredible stuff. The fact that these waitresses were being so kind and sweet to you and your family and them being like your good friends in Pyongyang is just so eye-opening, incredible and touching to see. Amazing stuff, Jaka. Thank you! Greetings from Sydney, Australia :)
Looks peaceful and the food looks great. It's sad that most North Koreans cannot enjoy things like this. There are more middle class people in Southeast Asia than in North Korea. If you go to any restaurant in Jakarta, Manila or Bangkok it's full of people, but Pyongyang always looks so empty. But the good thing is how warm and caring the ordinary North Koreans are to you, your wife and your daughter. Politics is a terrible thing, it makes so many people suffer and divide themselves.
This is probably my favorite one of your NK videos. It is really nice to see the drive from the monuments, then have a nice cozy lunch to warm up with really kind waitresses. It really almost seemed like everything was normal, and propaganda, ideals, East vs. West was never a thing. I really wish the NK people health, safety and peace.

The thing I’ve learned from watching all these videos about North Korea is that people are people worldwide and never confuse them with their government. I’m American but all over the world we want happiness and a good life for our children and peace of mind. I learn so much more when North Koreans interact with other Asians than with Westerners as you’d expect, especially with Chinese because they don’t seem to be as guarded?

Thank you for sharing your daily experiences with us. Although I will never get there, I am curious about the world, especially those inaccessible and "forbidden" places like the DPRK. These vicarious experiences will be the closest I will ever get! Back in 1969-70, during the Zafra de los Diez Millones in Cuba, our brigade cut sugar cane for a few days with a brigade from the DPRK. Pyongyang looks in better shape than Habana; then again, it had to be rebuilt after it was completely destroyed during the Korean War.
The waitresses are genuinely smiling and friendly, unlike the ones you find in developed world smiling because they want you to leave them a decent tip.
I am a new viewer to your channel. Been absorbing your content ever since. You give a day in the life without the exaggeration. How you do first person view feeling like I am there.
These videos are so different than what all the "tourists" have shown in theirs. Since I have been to DMZ, I have had an interest in North Korea. The life of a rural north Korean is so different than one who lives in Pyongong. In one of the other videos, they said they cater to Muslims' taste, I wonder if the food is actually halal. Your videos are the best out there what life is like for those that have greater access.
Thank you for not just taking the time to create a wonderful video. But for actually listening (hearing one of your biggest fans of your creation) and taking the time to do this for us!! It means alot to me.

Love NK girls, so cute, friendly, and pure
The menu was a heavily modified Android tablet showing a modified photo gallery! 😂 Happy new year!
I want to go there so bad, I would even treat patients there for free.
Anthony Villard yep, definitely a total fun place....
Sardom Cortex lol
+Anthony Villard
Healthcare is universal and completely free for all citizens of DPRK, I think you do not understand that outside shithole America there countries with actual universal and free healthcares provided by the state.
***** I do understand that the state pays for all the dprk citizens Healthcare. I never insinuated and that their government does not pay for it, I was simply stating that if I would get the chance to travel there I would treat for nothing because that's what makes me happy so.
A young american student, Frederick Warmbier, was just as enthusiastic as yourself. Maybe you two can meet up in North Korea. Have fun!
What a beautiful video we can see real life inside north korean, keep the good work man 👍
5:50 "what sorts of icecream do you offer ?" waitress opens overview on tablet, lets the girl decide, then says that they actually only have one sort to offer anyways.
ternyata korea utara tdk sperti yg di beritain media barat yaa
Kata temenku orang korut, don't believe with western media about NK
Guy dia blum tau kamp konsentrasi Pyongyang
@@edit_ww2 pernah camp berapa lama disana?
@Nurto Youlie lu rasain aja tinggal di Korea Utara
@@edit_ww2 emang lu tau.? Pernah disana.? 😂😂
Why are all the stores, restaurants, hotels and such so empty all the time?
If I'm not mistaken, most of it can only be accessed by the upper class citizens.
Leorel Fluer There are not upper classes in communist countries...
At least in Soviet Union everyone had to have a job even if you didn't do anything at your workplace and just waited for your shift to end.
Diāna Birkmane
It's probably the same in NK
Javier Benito there are however, privileged class.
appreciate your effort... its nice to see that not all is bad in north korea ... it should be about the ppl and not politics...these ppl are innocent - thank you keep it up
LOVE THE MENU!
You couldn't get this kind of service here in the USA because so many ppl eat out. and everyone is so busy. it is what it is. but those women seemed very kind at the restuarant to all of you 😎
👍 Pelayannya Ramah2 Rupanya......
Lebih menggambarkan Budaya Korea Yang sebenarnya..........
Hebat bang Video mu berhasil Mematahkan Argument Media Barat
I used to work in the DPRK I really miss it sometimes.
JonKinchIsLegit how someone can find a job there?
JonKinchIsLegit troll
I worked with The Canadian government as a diplomatic envoy for large factories in Canada to sell there excess materials like steel shavings and other metals in bulk form to transport to North Korea where there government purchases large shipping containers with these materials to use in their own factories.
No I actually did work with DPRK officials for almost two years I still have their stamps in my passport it's got four Korean characters for DPRK followed by date and capital city underneath.
JonKinchIsLegit fair enough. I thought because you are clearly White and your name is dubious that you were a troll.
Ramah..sungguh ramah. Saya suka vidio abang. Ternyata korea utara tk seperti yg diberitakan media2.
I loved it when i hear them laugh. So much love
So much love to you too dear chen
Why were you in NK?
By the way, your videos about it are so interesting! Greetings from Italy!
Simpatia Non Pervenuta
I think he is a diplomat
dimiou13 Read the description.
Jason Najm Thanks
Jason Najm
Yeah, I did, thanks. Although this makes me wonder as to how he is allowed to post videos but anyway
I think he is a journalist or a PR figure..he linked many articles..he is probably there to make good press for the regime judging from his white-washing articles.
interesting video..
+SunnyKhan688
Thank you..
Jaka Parker How long have you spent time in north korea?
+SunnyKhan688
Since November 2012 until March 2016
Jaka Parker That's cool, On a scale of 1-10, how would you like north korea and living there?

Good video,greetings from Spain
Thank You, greetings from Poland as well :)
Aha, atsirado Ispanas.
Counteris16
Viva la España :)
Get the fuck out of Spain. If you wave the Israeli flag, live in Israel.
Just so everyone knows, the OP had the flag of Israel as his Icon.
Thank you for uploading videos about life in North Korea. Happy New Year!
Hahahaha iya kata manusia lain bilang Korut tertinggal ngaur
@@dewishima2429 bro 4 taun dah ada banyak yg berubah 🥲
The thing I’ve learned from watching all these videos about North Korea is that people are people worldwide and never confuse them with their government. I’m American but all over the world we want happiness and a good life for our children and peace of mind. I learn so much more when North Koreans interact with other Asians than with Westerners as you’d expect, especially with Chinese because they don’t seem to be as guarded?
Anyone notice the awesome tablet menu in the restaurant😀super cool! Great videos mate, the wifey and myself thank you so much for these videos.
wah hebat...
konyol...
biarkan aja orang barat
Padahal mereka (yang bilang video ini propaganda) sebenernya kemakan Propaganda pemerintahan mereka sendiri (orang barat)
Nyoman Agus Indra B setujuuuu
tau.. suka nyengir sendiri setiap kali orang barat bilang video ini propaganda pdahal mereka sendiri udh kemakan propagandanya negara mereka sendiri wkwkw
Hahaha... Fucking retards westerners, they are everywhere.
They are look very kind .... I cant believe this😪😪
Been watching these videos from South Korea they are very interesting thank you.
Indonesia has good diplomatic relations! By not interfering in the affairs of the two countries
Indonesia is messed up, too.
Beautiful North Korean women.
The lady at 8:40 is lovely, i really fell in love ! great beauty out there.
videonya bagus om. new subscriber nih saya. hehe.
And for those who are still in doubt of your videos, you guys should go travel yourself to NK. Do not trust any single thing on what media wanted to show you, just because those are what other mainstream people think, doesn't mean that the real facts.
aowww the kids so cute
Orang sana baik baik yaa😁
Gw pengen bgt k Korut.. Biarpun katanya negara miskin tapi gw lihat rakyatnya bahagia. Kayanya ada sudut pandang yg salah ketika orang menilai Korut
So cute!
lam from Algéria love you nord corea muslim ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇰🇵🇰🇵🇩🇿🇰🇵
The restaurant waitress ladies are so pretty and polite. Thank you for sharing this 😊
Are you a brave man, a diplomat, to walk around freely like this?
Uni nya sangat suka sama aisah😂
That Korean woman is so kind with your child! 🎀🎀🎀
Thanks for the videos. Been watching them all day. Interesting to see how life in NK is, and certainly makes me appreciate my "luxuries"
They even gave you a gift, so kind! And your daughter didn't want it :D
Ternyata cantik2 ya orang korea itu.. baik banget..
Mantap jiwa kak... Orang koreanya gemesin dd hehehe
I'm currently reading aquarium of Pyongyang its a really good book about North Korea.
Your videos are the best out there what life is like for those that have greater access.
he always saying 'no meat pls" everytime he order food
@@Adyapdbecause he's Indonesian meaning he's muslim, most Indonesian are muslim and north korean foods most have porks
I think yours vids are very interesting and I love how natural this was taken... keep them coming
Anyone notice how he is the only one in the country allowed to do this? Lol
He did it discreetly with hidden camera.
Pelayanan seperti baru ketemu keluarga😊
Fascinating how there are almost no men in these videos. Even when you are filming Pyongyang there does not seem to be THAT strong a military presence
if those restaurants hotels and sueprmarket were so empty how they generate money? i just dont understand the cash flow system they have
would love some english subs. really good watch nonetheless.
That would be cool. I would rewatch the videos just for that
+Billy Neve and +Justa Clapper I tried my best to put english subtitles, you can watch again and click CC
THANK YOU!!!! Watching it a second time and understanding more of the conversation makes it feel like Im a part of the moment. 🙏thank you again
Thank you for not just taking the time to create a wonderful video. But for actually listening (hearing one of your biggest fans of your creation) and taking the time to do this for us!! It means alot to me.
Thank you so much.
That was such a great video! Thank you for sharing!
