    I figured this method out second time on the water. Way more efficient way to get on your feet. But I still have a hard time staying upwind before I get on foil. Lots of pressure on my back leg and still haven't figured out the correct wing position - but like you say, practice practice, practice

      110l board (I weigh 80kg), sabfoil W1100 with a 92cm mast, 6m Ensis wing
