I haven't tried it on my 2014 Silverado but I've looked up other things to do with the "radio" and I believe that we don't have the newer model of HMI controller. It's behind the glovebox. I haven't upgraded mine yet.
Can't get it to work on my 2015 GMC Canyon. I open the folder where the folders are at, find the files listed for the thumb drive, and they won't play. I've tried all the formats, including MP4........nothing.
My 2014 silverado won't play my mp4's. It just sits there with the searching circle and does nothing. Should they be in a specially labeled folder. Not sure why it doesn't work. Any help would be great

But I was a kid once and I know I was a super well-behaved kid because my mother disciplined me! And I know basic psychology enough to know that just giving them what they want or doing something they enjoy may temporarily allow you peace, but in the long run, it just conditions them to know that bad behavior = reward or enjoyment. That tells them that they’re more likely to get what they want by acting out or misbehaving than they are by asking politely and correctly and accepting whatever response they’re given by their parent/guardian/teacher/authoritative figure. One of my biggest pet peeves I see with parenting by my friends/family members, etc.

I have a 2014 Buick Verano, the module doesnt have Navigation, if I swap the module for a module that has Navigation will it work, or do I have to do something else.
can you play the youtube videos from an ipad or iphone and able to view it on the screen? That goes the same with the google maps I wasnt able to view it on the screen.
You have to buy a NU-GM51 its a module its really easy to install its just plug and play you can get it on Amazon and you can watch movies or videos and you can use navigation while you drive

SeKToR HqK - that means that your truck will allow you to watch videos but you just have to mess around with the formats because when you go to download a video to MP4 there's alot of diffrent options i think the one you need to download it in "iphone MP4" format and the numbers have to be "640x320 and it will work

Heey bud one question. When i play a video and i press skip it replays the same video. It wont let me skip unless i go back and press another video

Ground the negative wire from the radio to a ground on the body. Or it plays when the vehicle is in park.
