This is not the first Indian highway with wildlife corridor. Samruddhi expressway already has wildlife overpass and underpasses. The helipad is for air ambulance and military emergency, not for air travel service.
Only strategic projects are being worked out in good pace and rest are in as usual snails pace. Sambalpur and Cuttack highway is in progress for last 15 years and still not completed.
