I love they use Urusla's voice and then switch to Vanessa's voice after the transformation is done, with the "bone crunch" sound. Gives the creepy magic of the transformation.
She farts at the EXACT moment she starts losing weight too. I think the spell turned 250 lbs of her body fat into a gaseous state, and then she farted it out to transform.
I absolutely love how this shows that Ursula has the ability to lose all of her weight easily if she wants to (except in her reflection), but is just happy with how she is. That’s admirable self-confidence!
Arabic, English, French 89 and Russian are the best ones to me. I very much prefer Ursula's voice transitioning into Vanessa's during her cackling over just Ursula laughing, although I do quite like the Bulgarian, Finnish 89, Hebrew and Putonghua laughs as well.

I think the Russian laugh deserves more credit. I love the French one, but the Russian has more maniacal and cynicism to it as it transition to Ariel's voice.
