Just for the record, the music was extremely distracting and disturbing.
Pizza or anything bread like item is only better to be made in convection mode ! Microwave will not make that fluffy.

No, only if you are using the microwave method. If you're using the convection oven and grill methods the time remains the same.

This is a convection oven. I've never seen a microwave oven with preheat settings or a convection setting.
Its a Multi-Oven.. With all three features.. Microwave Mode, Convection and Grill.. 😊
There are 3 types of oven, solo oven, grill oven and convection...... In convection oven you will get all features

it looks tasty but i cannot eat butter because i have high cholesterol ...and olive oil is not recommended as it loses all its benefits when it is cooked .. so can you tell me what is the alternative to butter please .

I tried both ways.. The 1 st outcome was like boiled potatoes.. Not crispy.. Then I tried the 2 nd way... It was like fried potatoes..

In microwave mode for 5 min what is the temperature ?
As shown in the second method in which we have used only Microwave Mode to cook the fires there's no temperature option used..we selected 900 Watts capacity while using Microwave Mode and if u are using Convection mode to cook use 180 degree Celsius.
I don't have that corn powder instead of that what should I use can u please suggest
instead of cornflour powder..you can add a mixture of half cup of maida and rice flour..it will give you the required crispiness for the French fires...😊

Hardly slim fry adding all that salt and stuff. The whole point of slim fry is for it to be healthy
I followed your method 1, in my IFB25BC4, Convection microwave Oven,but was disappointed as the duration you have told to Prepare the French Fries, in Convection mode is 15 minutes and that too I did not later keep it further for 10 minutes but still the fries were over cooked and little burnt. You also have suggested after cutting slices of potatoes and washing potatoes to remove extra starch, wipe with cloth and mix masala with salt and dip the cut potatoes fries in masala mix, adding melted butter and corn flour put cut potato fries and mix. I did that but within 5 minutes the mixture started giving out water, I think you have to not follow this method, but first apply salt to potato chips and keep aside 5 min and drain any water that comes out and later mix with masala, butter and corn flour and In Convection mode, 170 cook for 10 minutes and grill mode for 5 min, I tried this for my second batch of fries and it was cooked crispy well.

Im half done in the 2nd last step, Bake in convention mode for 15mins... (Will be done by 3:05pm/27/5/2022 indian time)
I tried the 2nd method in borosil glass bowl for 25 mins it was still not properly cooked. Tried it in lg microwave. Can you please tell me the exact microwave setting to cook in borosil glass bowl.
