Imagine if John O'Keefe had been found dead outside a home where he and Karen lived, after Karen and John had been out drinking the night before, then Karen Read re-modelled her basement, sold the home, "rehomed" her dog, destroyed her phone, and done other things the McAlberts have admitted, would there be any question Read was guilty?
Nicole and Brian Albert were clearly lying about their phones making and answering calls without their knowledge; it's a literal impossibility. Something highly incriminating must have happened for them to attempt a cover up, I don't think it was just John being attacked by their dog and accidentally hitting his head.

    • @outoftime7740
      @outoftime7740 13 дней назад +2

It was 2 years later, when they decided to move and over 2 years later, when John got a new phone. He has every right to do that. Same with the dog. John had no dog bites on him, so stop making up your own theories. John was raising his sisters 2 kids, for 8 years, because the sister and her husband, both died suddenly. And these 2 teenagers now said John and Karen fought a lot and were supposedly going to take a break from eachother. Karen had 9 cocktail drinks that was caught on camera. Karen was the last person, seen with John. They were together. She drove. Karen needs to answer, "how did she leave John and why did she leave John..... how was John suppose to get home later.......

People say killing OK & leaving him on “their lawn” is too but what choice would they have had? Place him on a car & leave fiber & fluids on their cars? What happened to clothes from night before. Fact Nicole was cleaning I think has more to it once she learned perhaps, their dog, did do quick attack on O Keefe. Very sad bc these officers probably have had good cases, done great things. Their behaviors on this case involving the blue line leaves 2-4 very suspicious players here moreso than Karen Read. Check out TB backing his car up at 14 mph… he almost loses control & it wasn’t snowy or an SUV. Let me break this trial down for you guys in layman's terms: Think of a sports league - any sports league out there (NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL), Now think of the absolute worst team in one of those leagues. That is literally how BAD the prosecution's witnesses are. I have never in my life witnessed such a sham. I don't understand how this case was allowed to happen. But of course, when the referee (judge) is clearly trying to rig the game in favor of one team, you understand why.
The defence is playing a beautiful strategy and they barely have to try. This case isn't even about Karen Read anymore, the prosecution is literally spending all their time defending their witnesses. That explains everything you need to know.

Disagree. They are too symmetrical and parallel. Ans there are two sets of scratches on upper and lower arm which don’t match in the separation between them which would be odd unless the dogs claw distance and size changed in a second. Dogs are more uneven in nature if it’s just a scratch. Also if they were true lacerations they would have a corner point at each end and then spread open in the middle showing as a oval or slightly curved appearance. John Okeefes have almost 90 degree corners on the bigger wounds in the upper arm. There are no puncture wounds either. Dogs teeth leave punctures. And they have bruising around the puncture spot. Okeefe’s injuries were abrasions. Not consistent with a dog scratch or bite and there is no dog DNA either

11:28 This theory is very plausible. My brother nearly died in a freak rollerblading accident. He was rollerblading backwards and had long jeans on. He was skating backwards and the bottom of his jeans went under the back wheel and he landed backwards and slammed his head on the asphalt. Luckily his friend was with him, got the attention of my father, and them paramedics arrived. He was admitted to the ICU for bleeding around the brain (contusion); he also had a severe concussion. He was placed into an induced coma for 3 days to allow for his brain to swell. The physicians were very close to opening his skull due to the swelling 😢 Luckily by a miracle he began responding (healing) and the swelling diminished based on the very high level of care he recieved. The main doctor stated "You can't hit your head like that again because you will die"
It took him 6 months for a minimum recovery. His symptoms lingered beyond 2 years. Excessive sleepiness, seizures, severe headaches, mood changes, lack of appetite, lethargic, etc... finally after 2 years the symptoms subsided and he considered himself as fully recovered to the best of his ability. ❤☦️🙏 Did this officer die of blunt force trauma to the head?

If experts testify that there is blood on the taillight, I will view that with suspicion and question the blood was planted. We all saw those pictures of the blood collected from the scene in a stop and shop bag that was open with no evidence tape sitting right beside the rear right bumper of the car in the sallyport at the police station. To add to this, there is video missing from the sallyport and the lead detective claimed he took possession of the vehicle much later than he actually did. The blood in the stop and shop bag could have been smeared onto the taillight as the bag was just sitting there open. And if there are taillight pieces embedded in clothing, I will again be suspicious, as the first 4 police officers did not see any pieces of tail light on the lawn but suddenly, the retired police chief finds a piece of tail light while driving past.

Totally agree, plus so much more that fully points to a cover-up and a framing of Karen Read and there is an ongoing Federal investigation of the investigation of Officer John O'Keefe's death.

Y’all are asking the right question but you’re asking it the wrong way.
    The question isn’t
*WHY* would Jackson & Yannetti choose such a high risk strategy?
    The question is
Why *WOULD* Jackson & Yannetti choose such a high risk strategy?
Do you think J + Y are ignorant of the risks of a 3PC strategy?
Do you think J + Y are simply cavalier with their client’s life and future?
Or do you think that J + Y might have a reason for going forward with a high risk strategy? Is there something different about xL

This point about one or both of the Nagel family having their eyes on that vehicle at all times is an excellent catch. The problem is it’s just that- a catch. You can’t bank on the jury figuring that out for themselves. In fact, it’s such a subtle point I’m not even convinced the defense team will pick up on it.
Somebody ought to write to them and clue them in to this very solid point.

John and Karen, maybe others, were invited to the house of a witness who stated he came home and went straight to bed. Then son who saw a vehicle outside unknown to him but doesn't check it out. Girlfriend sees something but tells no one for ages of time past and also calls for a ride then when ride shows up decides to stay. Hmmm. Police officer disposes phone. What the heck are these people hiding? The family of John are suffering even more die to this circus

On a spring evening, my husband was struck by a hit-and-run driver and left unconscious on the roadside. There were no witnesses but a driver spotted him soon afterwards & called an ambulance. The ER that treated him and the hospital physicuans told us (my husband has no memory of the incident) that he had been badly beaten. After a few days in the hospital he recovered but we only learned what really happened a week later after a cctv video showed the car striking him.
    You never know.
