This gameplay is from the very end of the last patch, but the decklist is the same after the balance council. Unfortunately, I was traveling and became sick when the council came out and haven't been able to make any videos in the current format yet. Instead of uploading nothing I thought it might be worth sharing this even though a council came out since I recorded it. Hopefully you guys enjoy it, and I can recover and get back to making videos since there are a lot of decks I want to try out!

im playing a vice ship and cleaver deck with whoreson lackeys and reuven treasure for the double crime, i use portal to thin the lackeys and tax collecters. novgradian justice works great too in this.
If it works right it double procs the lackeys and cleaver for big points, lined pocket leader provides good value

I have a question, when you play against mill, shouldn't it be better to go to a long R3 to prevent the mill value? Granted, this deck is stronger in shorter rounds
If you win R1 you can go for that. The issue with this deck is there are a lot of cards (Sappers, Oneiro, Triss, Yen, Whispess, etc.and) that get bricked once the deck is empty, which will happen if you go to R3.

Pure traps is normally meta dependent and I haven't played this patch so I'm not sure. I don't really know what you mean by Gerni swarm though
@@platinumpatrol2964I think they mean the meme(ish) deck where you use AQ to get 3 Gernichoras and bring them all back with Sabbath, if the opponent has no control then sure it’s insane tempo, but if the setup doesn’t work it’s kinda rubbish

Tried it a bit... kinda fun but it has a fair share of issues, sadly, not just scorch and curse but because it's super draw dependent, you need to be the luckiest man alive to draw everything you need and not brick yourself
I know this might be a bit nitpicky but could you (if it's not a big deal) try and not use the shaelmar skin? The screech it does every turn is such a tilting thing to me lol

During the match against mill why didn't you destroy Joachim with the Kiki Warrior? That should've prevented him from targeting it with Coup. Iirc Kiki Warrior should be able to target anything on your side of the board.

Every now and then I play terrible homebrew decks for a season and get something similar 😂 but when you reach the MMR depths of pro rank it gets real crazy I love it
