I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed that. It would be extremely impractical if you're actually trying to build a puzzle. That ceiling mount was not stable at all especially when lowered and raised.

I installed Thunderbird (Mail client) and set up a filter to open a program when an email with "open" in the subject is received. The program it opens is a simple Autohotkey script which opens a piece of software (Classic phone tools) and pushes all the keyboard keys nessecary to open the softwares terminal connection to the USB modem.
Once open, it types out the correct AT modem commands to answer an incoming call and push "9"....Which is what you need to do when somebody buzzes the apartment, to let them in.

you need to construct the framework in a way that weight is being distributed evenly onto the ground along the walls. The plywood itself can hold much more weight than just a human and screws hold much more as well. As long as it's quality material, you're fine.
