Would be interesting to know the limitations that are placed on the creators of the levels - wouldn’t want people to have the ability to make impossible gauntlets

This looks pretty cool. The fact that players can’t destroy your walls and shortcut their way through is gonna be pretty fun to mess around with

basically rust but you can't speedrun ur raid by spamming rockets to walls, this gunna be hella fun
Probably, like Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, you have to run your own dungeon to prove it is possible and set a base time, score, etc.
@@slavchems4759 yeah definitely looks cool, the only issue seems like if walls can’t be destroyed base creation could be a “solvable game” in that traps could be made impossible due to geometry quirks etc.
This actually looks interesting. Build your own trapped out base that others try to infiltrate and then join up with some buddies and try to make it through other players builds and defeat them.
Like Mario Maker or King of Thieves, but a full 3D FPS, nice.

It's not the first game to try this concept and the fact that nobody knows of the forerunners like mighty quest for epic loot says a lot.

@@buragi5441 Mighty Quest for Epic Loot did it WAAAY before Trackmania, and Mario Maker, and it was precisely the same gameplay. Build your castle defenses, raid other player's bases.

Reminds me of Mighty Quest for Epic Loot. You have to design a dungeon but also raid other people's dungeons. The problem with that game was that anyone can steamroll your dungeons if they were high enough level. I'm looking at the enemies you put down in Meet Your Maker and they seem like pushovers too. Especially since people will be able to go in coop through your dungeon. Still, I'll play it!
bro what nostalgia you saying mighty quest for epic loot, but yeah this game does look fun, everything been mad boring, reminds me of some crazy forge map from halo 3
What they should do to counter co-op is increase the enemy health, speed and attacks.
From the gameplay demo they had, it looks like you have very, very little ammo to balance out the NPCs
seeing other people get killed in your dungeon was so satisfying
Enemies always look like pushovers that are killed in 1-shot in trailers.
This looks like Mario Maker meets DOOM.

I'm a little surprised this sorta concept hasn't been used before, it looks rather fun. I'm curious if there's a tower defense sorta thing going on for the vault builder where they're actively controlling, repairing, and deploying to their base during the raid, or if it's more of a "fix it and forget it" style of play.

My headcanon is this is what Mars looked like in the Dark Age of Technology in the 40K universe
This is one of the few upcoming games that im actually hyped for, the concept is new and refreshing and the testing beta was a blast to play solo and coop
Can't wait for this, plus it's made by the creators of Dbd? Wow, they sure took a leap of faith with this type of game, I'm all in! Kinda reminds me of Ghostrunner as well.
