You do here's a picture showing exactly what you are asking for: liebacklookup.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/bt2lf0215_a.jpg Now all you need to do is go out when the sky is clear at night and film the sky and if you don't see the constellations change in some what accordance with this picture over the year THEN come back with that... or if you can find someone else who have already done that or something to that effect that would obviously suffice as well.
hey budddy let me tell you a secret... the earth is not flat and is not a perfect sphere its an spherical obloid, i think thats the correct term, if not i shall correct myself
Arrow Knee I know they aren't sir. It depends on where you are on the Earth and what time it is. 6 months straight every night same time, same lil dipper
There are "other sets of stars". Ever seen the north star and the southern Cross in the same hemisphere? Also, try moving your earth back a few trillion more miles. Maybe just check out a scale model of the solar system. The fancy science and math can predict when we see different constellations in different places in the sky.
P Young ok let me be more specific...from where I am standing in North Texas, in this small city and on this sidewalk at the same time every night for nearly 6 months I can see the same constellation. With my own eyes I see the stars spinning over my head. I don't care what someone says scientists say or anyone else says. My video is merely a question. Let me add that I don't need someone to prove anything to me.
Johnny Herrera dude. You asked a question. I gave an answer to prove my point. Don't ask questions if you don't want answers. The stars literally move across the sky. Some farther and faster than others due to them being farther away. There are thousands upon thousands of videos on RUclips showing this to scale. You could watch some that are posted in the comment thread here.
Johnny Herrera no thanks. I'd forgotten how idiotic the comment section could be on RUclips. Now I remember why I hadn't logged in for so long. No rebuttals or mentioning of facts. Simply argument for fun, and I get that. I thoroughly enjoy a debate, but not like this. In your same style I could argue that 2 plus 2 is three. I mean, what's the point? There is no way people are actually this stupid.
That's all this is sir, a picture. Heck, it's barely a picture. This was done with a computer dude. I don't have to come back with anything because I have already done this. Wherever you are standing on the Earth is where I want you to figure out what I am asking. Tone it down a notch and just go outside and look.
wow just wow. your right this is 100% PROOF, that there are many ignorant people who don't read or have logic

munchutter gaming
An oblate spheroid is what you're thinking of
Take a closer look then. Not all the constellations are visible at all times.

Still can't see how this makes since
Pablo Sanchez think about it Sanchez.
