As an ex warden main I wanted to see him win but aramusha does basically have almost everything u need to counter warden so I'm not really surprised by the outcome
Aramusha has ways to counter everything, actually i think warden and in general dodge bash characters are his worst matchups, and yet, easily one of the best duelist in the game
Lol no, warden has a lot to counter. Half of aramusha’s kit goes away due to warden’s dodge bash. Deadly feint’s are barely used due to predictability so ara is basically redusced to lights and heavies. No safe way to open up warden either. If you’re warden and get clapped by ara, you’re not playing warden correctly.

Even though I lost lol My opponent did beat me on the patience game, I was very nervous most of the game. Totally admit. The dodge side attack acting like a option select, made me more nervous as the match progressed lol. I got Light Parries and CC’s when I could, however failure to read my opponent whenever he was about to dodge attack really killed me. Even tried going for guard break to catch him early attack dodge, but it acted like a option select, so I had reduced options after that. Couldn’t recover in time to parry the dodge attack, after a attack missed, because of the dodge. Gotta read my opponent better next time lol. When I get 60 frames it will be easier to light parry more consistently. I get too nervous sometimes trying to differentiate what attack is coming on 30 frames lol Yes I am the “solid #1 warden, for registered/validated accounts in the U.S.,” have been for a while actually. (Link at the bottom of comment. I topple the stats for Player Kills and Match Wins in the U.S., all platforms. Feels good because so many people play warden) I am #9 on Xbox/all countries/wins. As well as #3 on Xbox/all countries/Player Kills. (33 for global wins, 15 for global player kills, both all platforms) Lutzifern only “recently” passed me on player kills, not far ahead at the moment. Lutzifern is currently #2 on Xbox/all countries/Player Kills, he’s trying to beat Oldre. I am “not” known for being the best duelist. However I “am” known for being a 1v4 “artist” for warden. For Honor has hosted my 1v4 content twice. Most recent was February 2019. I do have some really good dueling moments, however I bring the absolute pain and aw in anti ganking. I think definitely in the beginning he could have feinted his bashes to bait the dodge heavy more. The feint into gbb rarely worked in the later rounds. Amazing plays though.
Poor Warden kinda lost his patience halfway though. He should’ve tried baiting Ara more to even the odds considering Ara was biting on most heavies and relied on his dodge attack to catch the shoulder bash.
I love how so many people say they're bad, when they don't understand that styles make fights. And when a number 1 player does specific things, it's a reaction to another high level players tactics. Some of the timeframes are just too fast for us to comprehend, so you have to make a prediction. Nothing is guaranteed, nearly every move at this level is a gamble. Stay humble, you facking plebs

Warden just lost a lot of patience & became super predictable. He needed to feint a lot more into empty feints bc Musha was punishing him every time. Love this series!

I'm seeing what appear to be game-changing connection issues for the first time recently. Maybe just me? Ara appears to be lagging a good bit. He still showed the superior mix but Ara is the superior hero IMO. Ggs

Look I'm a warden main and not only did he lose control over the fight he lost paitians yes armu for me is hard to fight but I learn there pattern on like the first few sec he keep Ring the bell to stop cc and dodge hevey to avoid the bash and to not get gard broken he keeps throwing a left light and he doesn't blockade until he sees a zone coming warden keep throwing top lights and armu saw that then he started to throw his blockade warden could have thrown more raw heveys and catch armu warden miss out on so many lvl3 on bad judgment to warden is nothing to much but his style is to condition the enemy and counter what he does this warden also keep throwing his first unblockable every time idk he didn't adapt he's number 1 right
I have got problems about matchmaking which the timer always goes to 3 seconds then they disconnect me and say that its and error so any one has a solution?

This Aramusha wasn’t that good to be completely honest. Doesn’t utilize a lot of moves nor combo’s. Did very well with his feints and parry’s as the fights progressed though.
to be fair warden is not a hard hero to predict his kit is pretty bland and sometimes being predictable is better than trying to be unpredictable we saw warden do both unpredictable and predictable moves

this musha main seems cocky and annoying bruh, i was excited to see some cool high lvl gameplay of my main but the dude kinda just ruins it with his constant emoting, slight spam, and his executions
I don't see how doing your executions in a 1v1 is toxic and for honor is a mental game as much as anything else if you can throw your opponent off by upsetting then what's wrong he's the number 1 warden he's plated plenty for honor and should know how to remane clear headed and focused and p s. He lost one of the times he did that
Neither of them look very good and keep making stupid mistakes, it's funny, number one ranked doesn't mean much in for honor considering how little people play ranked, you can find better players in other game modes by stumbling across them, just because they're classified as the best by rank doesn't mean they are, there's always better players you've never heard of

I hope the guy never plays Warden again, I hope he learned from this experience, it was madness to perform in the same way over and over again, I didn't saw a single bash feint, I'm not saying that I would have done so good that I would have won, but still he didn't mixt it up at all, he could just stayed for nothing in the last 6 rounds, he was pure mocked.

i disagree, it's not that warden couldn't adapt to his "play style" it's just that this musha is a dodge heavy player who likes to use doge heavys to get out of basically everything, which can be really annoying to counter, also don't forget the fact that warden is pretty behind the curve when it comes to characters kits

If the Warden would have baited that dodge heavy out more frequently the Aramusha would have had two choices, either continue to playing the same or adapt.
@@ilovesteez Warden kit having less tools is not an excuse for the Warden loss here. The Warden just didn't adapt to the playstyle of the Aramusha. The Aramusha saw the changes he needed to make and took control of the fight and Warden didn't.

His dodge basicly negates Warden's 50/50, the match was lost once the Aramusha learned he had to use the dodge.
