So, im confused. Then, the Program Budget slide, where it lists 3 separate areas, monies voted from gobond2022 for fire dept, recreation complex, etc. All have detailed budgets filled in except housing... Because they are in the works?? So, they dont have a PROPOSED Budget for the various housing projects?? 😳. No PROPOSED TIMELINE OR BUDGET? So.... They just spend as they go? ?? Does this ?? I know I don’t want a pot shop popping up in my neighborhood. Zoning restrictions is not political. Homeowners don’t want increased traffic.
