At the end, "affordable housing" refers to the 2022 go bond on screen: passed 6 million into the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and I read that it was specifically for "low and moderate income households". *They often discuss "affordable housing" here as unrestricted, it is for 'everyone'. So, im confused.
Then, the Program Budget slide, where it lists 3 separate areas, monies voted from gobond2022 for fire dept, recreation complex, etc. All have detailed budgets filled in except housing... Because they are in the works??
So, they dont have a PROPOSED Budget for the various housing projects?? 😳. No PROPOSED TIMELINE OR BUDGET?
So.... They just spend as they go? ?? Does this ?? Is this normal?? 😂seems pretty loose and free for all? 😅 Really? I dont know.

Mclure..you say you have no problem living next to cannabis shop. You can’t speak on your constituents to say that they will experience that same experience as you. I know I don’t want a pot shop popping up in my neighborhood. Zoning restrictions is not political. Homeowners don’t want increased traffic.

Fuck you NIMBYs, you guys are losing your power. Thankfully most of the city council reps disagree with you people

Noone is losing their mind. They are exposing the deficiencies in the proposed zoning plan. Your 10 minute “vibrant” city is gonna have to wait awhile🤣🤣

@dtayann I just have to wait a couple months, it's clear where the majority of city council stands on this, go cry about it
