I am 33/6, I listened to your whole video and I loved it 😊
Just the bit with the affirmations "I am enough, this is enough", I don't think it's enough😅, it took me years of hard core self development, a big disease and 3 children to finally be able to say that I am Accepting with a big A. Particularly with the children, the hardest thing for me has been to accept not being a perfect mum, that has been exhausting 😁 I'm definitely good enough though 😊
