I grew up in the Midwest in the 1960s so I remember these jello recipes from my childhood (and was not a fan lol) But It seems like my mom put some plastic wrap or something on the bottom to help it come out of the mold. She had like 6 different molds lol.
This is greatness! Thanks for sharing. The texture and flavor is just… off. What a strange trend! I am glad it’s over. Plastic wrap would come in handy for sure!
The first few bites had me thinking I could eat more, but the last few bites made me realize I just needed to throw it away and probably not make things that require mayonnaise in jello ever again. 😂

I’m glad you were brave enough and that it tasted OK! Think I’ll pass! We eat only sweet jello salads.
