This is a speech about change. With New Years around the corner it's important to remember what actually brings about transformation. The tendency, when we want to evolve, is to look at the ultimate goal, but this is both misleading and discouraging. Greatness isn't about saying yes to the goal, it's about continually saying yes and showing up for the small commitments that create the goal. Your job is not to be the best, your job is to do the small things every day that will make you the best.

This year has given me 20/20 vision. Is show me that I get to choose what I get to see. 2021 most likely not be rainbows and everything shiny. :-) and that's just reality. But the way I see 20/20 going into 2021 is what matters. :-) because now I have 20/20 vision And I I am going to use it.

New year's resolution for some people is just a temporary thing because they set it up and then forget about it..
The man or woman who has a dream, who has some meaning for his or her life will die first before they forget about their new year resolution or their goals and plans..
