I've been feeling really low and depressed, battling my demons and dark moments. Today, I was contemplating suicide, I thought, "What's the point? I don't matter to anyone. Would anyone really miss me?" I prayed to God to give me a sign, and this video came across my feed. So, thank you. I changed my mind. I'm in tears as I'm writing this. I'm barely holding on. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted. I'm sad, but I'm gonna push on and wait and pray for better days thank for reminding to find the courage to push forward
My son is25🥺he is the light of my life 💙I would die if anything ever happened to him.😪I keep reaching out to him because I worry for him… Your story reminded me of him so much and I adore him with all my heart and soul❤️I need him to live… and I told him that. He thanked me and told me that he needed me to do the same. We may not realize sometimes because the pain that we are in can be so loud and heavy that we are unable to hear see and feel the love that is there for us and how much we are needed by others…🙏🏼 I may not know you personally but your pain is my pain now… and I am praying for you right now that you are surrounded by angels and peace and love and direction and that God would send people into your life that will cover you and always help remind you of how loved and needed that you are🙏🏼💙you are not alone. We are here. And I want you to continue to hold on and move forward even if it is only one day and one breath at a time. 🙏🏼 thankyou for working so hard and thankyou for speaking your truth. You helped me so much over this time and I just wanted to reach out and let you know that lives are changed everyday because of the sacrifices you have and continue to make.❤❤
The first song that played on my playlist this morning was “Encourage Yourself” a gospel song by Sheri Jones-Moffett. Then I looked at my notifications and this video was at the top of my list. Then you said “sometimes moving forward takes courage”. Yesterday I went to church and the pastor prophesied over me, told me I was struggling with intense anxiety, and contemplating suicide. I am. Because I’m tired. Y’all pray for me. Because hearing “stay encouraged” in my convoluted mind is giving me a “different” type of courage. The courage to do what can’t be undone.
