    great informative video! I know about the slids with paper, this is the first time I see it done with such a thick foam!

    Dude, this is super cool. I’m just getting started, so this is the first time I’ve heard of Armorsmith.
    Thanks! :)

    I really wish I could make this but my parents think cosplay is weird, this is really cool!

    • @Costronica
      @Costronica  4 года назад +1

      Cosplay, when shown in more popular media is always shown weirdly, and editted heavily to see only the weird/cringe stuff, further more it's a hobby you want to do for yourself and should be encouraged, I don't know your age so they still might make choices on your (best) behalf but I would suggest showing cosplay to your parents from your point of view, this video for example, other RUclipsrs that show the creative side of things, it might change their view on the subject matter

    This is incredible!! I hope i can do something like this for my ashe cosplay but i'm still very much new to building with foam!! How long did this take?

    • @Costronica
      @Costronica  5 лет назад

      Not that long, take a look at my other videos where I explain more about the software side like pepakura and armorsmith

  • @RainMakeR_Workshop
    @RainMakeR_Workshop 4 года назад

    How do you alter the patterns to account for different material thicknesses?

  • @techyoh
    @techyoh 5 лет назад +1

    Very nice tuto and props
    I started to do the bob with pepaku and resin
    but your method is easier at my opinion.
    Just one think I don't see what thickness you use? It's 1 cm or more ?
    Thank and good job again

    This looks awesome. Fantastic job on that helmet, than metallic finish looks gorgeous.
    Quick question about the airbrush: did you have to pay for customs or any additional taxes upon receiving the packet?

    • @Costronica
      @Costronica  5 лет назад

      Nope, I believe it's linked somewhere here in the comments, anything below 21 Euros will be without import tax here.
      This is of course without the air compressor

    • @pixel_vengeur391
      @pixel_vengeur391 5 лет назад

      Yeah, I found the link, but it's now 35 €, guess I'll wait a bit or find a similar model. I suppose you already had the air compressor?

    • @Costronica
      @Costronica  5 лет назад

      @@pixel_vengeur391 here's one that's 24 us, same brand but with just 1 spare cup instead of 10

      Akash Balakrishna Can’t find the same looking model but simply type single action airbrush and you’ll get a couple of those. For more precise work you can get double action one too.
