20+ soldiers and 4 musicians intrude. Wouldn't it be more productive to kick the musicians out of your home as opposed to shooting cannons at it? I feel like destroying your own house is just a bad idea. I know, I'm 95 years too late.
The only explanation if soldiers panicked when heard the noise from the chimney and thought it was someone or something more dangerous than four musicians.
