Chishiya is my favorite character in this show. He is the most interesting to me and i like how he's so clever and smug but in a very subtle way.
Well, actually our queen of hearts was one of the participants of the beach, so if someone was a player doesn't necessarily mean that they are not citizens
There was no logical way for Arisu's team to win, so Kyuma being willing to shake hands really isn't that stupid. Kyuma's entire squad was hogging their base, they literally all had more points than everyone on Arisu's team (except for Tatta having more than Uta, but again, they were aware of that and hogged their base), and there were no items left. Like Kyuma said, it would have to be something completely fucked up for Arisu to win, he had no logical plan to fear at that moment.
You guys have no idea how right you are about this adaptation being amazing. The manga has all of the core ideas used in the show, but also tons of incredibly cringe manga and isekai tropes, as well different games and character arcs that don't fit together as well as the show's does. For one example, instead of cutting to the Jack of Hearts game (which was a side story played by randos instead of Chishiya), we get more scenes of Arisu moping around in the middle of nowhere. Now it'd be understandable if it was primarily due to Tatta's death, but it's actually just as much because he tries to make a move on Usagi and is upset she doesn't reciprocate, which is cringe in itself but ten times as much when you remember EVERYTHING THAT JUST HAPPENED WITH NIRAGI!
Several things are changed in the show, including cutting out shit like that, and all the changes are for the better.
Chishiya too, he's an awesome character, but it's kinda frustrating to see other people only call him super intelligent (he is, but it's more wisdom and perception than academic intelligence) or relaxed (there's clearly been a deeper reason so far).

this show is not anime live action, its from the manga, it does have a short anime but this show itself was from the manga
