Hey Kayla, I really enjoy your videos. I am not vegan but you definitely have helped me a lot to make small changes in my life such as clean beauty, essential oils and healthier foods. Im 23 and I have been dairy free since 18 which was my choice. Lately I have reduced the amount of meat I have, I’m loving jackfruit as a substitute. I eat vegan snacks and many of them are delicious 😋 basically I’m on a journey and I’m enjoying it x

Your wife is definitely important and that’s why I’ve been Paleo for over five years because I was sick. This lifestyle has made me feel so much better. I actually was vegan I was a raw vegan and then a vegan, Never been so sick in my life. I’m glad you found this lifestyle that fits you it is proof that not one lifestyle is good for everyone.

Hi! This video actually made me cry. 😢 Not sure exactly why, but it did. I have been a vegetarian now for over 27 years! I had to do the math there! 😉 I became a vegetarian when I knew not a single person in my life who was vegetarian. It was difficult in the beginning for sure! Especially that long ago when it was barely even heard of except by some celebrities. Thankfully not long after my Mom also became vegetarian. And years later also an aunt and cousin. I like to think that because of me they felt comfortable also following this path. ☺️
Anyway, I have many times thought about becoming vegan. I don’t really live in the best area for that. Meaning as far as being able to go out to eat would be challenging. Don’t get me wrong, there would be some options, just not many. Also the husband is a meat eater and I have yet to even get him to try any of the new burgers. 😔 How can I make the leap?! When I became vegetarian I was young and I basically just jumped right in! I feel like at this point I’m so set in my ways it’s hard. Ugh. I know it will be a much healthier lifestyle for me too. I of course did it for the animals and that’s the reason I continue to do it as well.
And yes, I too have had some of those accidents as well! HATE THAT! Actually, I’m often afraid of the impossible burgers cuz they do look so real! I always ask the husband to look at it and see if it’s real or not. As if he’s some kind of professional meat examiner or something. 😂
I just felt the need to reach out. Hopefully one day I’ll get there. Hopefully! Congrats on your continued efforts and six years! That’s awesome! ♥️

Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️ I totally understand that it can be difficult, especially being surrounded by meat eaters. But if it’s something that’s important to you, you’ll find a way! And I don’t think you’ll regret it 🥰❤️

I went vegan almost three tears. Have had many times i accidentally ate something non vegan in the first year😂😅😅 second year I don’t think i did. I really cringe when people say A2 raw milk is good for babies and adults. I made the connection no other mammal drinks milk from more than one mammal lol humans are the only ones. I hope everyone is kind to you in these comments!! :)

Vegan is the new anorexia. Vegan cheese vegan chicken? Why bother. They cost double. Eat the real thing with it's nutrients.
