Those white triangular border lines arts called “action lines” just google it, and it will pop up with many choices. Hope this helps

How do i change the color of the lines for my thumbnail? because my background is white and my lines are white too what do i do to change the color of the lines?? somebody please help me!
The background should be black. Then you can use the magic wand tool to select the lines, click on the rectangle marquee tool and then right click and press 'layer via cut'. Now you have a layer with the action lines where you can simply add a colour overlay in the blending options to change the colour.

Same thing happened to me I was putting stuff on my window and I realized later styles wasn't there even thought I could already see it so I clicked it to checkmark it now all I have the later styles photoshop gives you.
