Covering sports in a unique way since 2018.
If you’re looking for high quality sports content, then this is the channel for you! I’ve covered Baseball (NCAA, LLWS, MLB), Football (NCAA, NFL), Softball (NCAA), Basketball (NBA, NCAA), Hockey (NHL), and much more!
The best part of my work as a RUclipsr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other RUclipsrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

A bunt with your BEST hitter down to your LAST OUT of your SEASON is unreal
Wasnt even a good bunt but puts the pressure on the D
This may be one of the greatest plays in LLWS history
Ha, that's the most on-brand Japanese Baseball play I've ever seen.
You haven’t watched Japanese baseball 😂
wow. Unbelievable 6th inning. What a call to bunt. Also, I know they're 12 but the Panama SS HAS to put his body in front of that ball. Literally cost them their entire season
Rilly a easy play all u have to do it put your glove out
Didn't make sense to me. He basically got out of the way of the ball. It wasn't like it was out of his reach. The ball basically passed right in front of him.
@@semperaugustus661 this he literally dodged the ball
Tbh it was a terrible bunt and it went right back to the pitcher. The pitcher threw it right into the batter after double pumping.
Somewhere Otis Nixon is going "See! It should've worked!"
It was really an unbelievable game. The young players of the Japanese team have the spirit of never giving up.
Japan survives!!! Great work!!! Hang your heads high Panama, you did well! You're the best Wheels!!!
They did well? They just had the biggest choke job in llws history
Japan vs Mexico next.. tbh the Japanese teams aren’t nearly as fearsome
As they used to be. These Asian teams are very beatable
@@samhowellsrepairedhelmetPanama did choke .. they messed that game up big time
@@brianmeen2158 straight fax all they had to do was throw the ball to first and they win they messed it up.
A lot of teams that lost in states and regionals in the us in my experience make that play no question. Japans coach has steel in his pants tho
Great, entertaining game. I'm impressed with the strong arms of all these 12 year olds.
Sneak attack bunt, only Japan! What a game.
Them Japanese love those sneak attacks lmao
@@raramcgee4982said the same thing 💀💀💀💀💀💀”only Japan “😂
WOW, that's a painful loss for Panama, and a Fantastic come from behind win for Japan.
This was the worst year I’ve ever seen for umpires behind the plate
Yeah and it’s frustrating to watch as several
Third strikes had a huge impact on the game
One thing I've noticed in all these games is how hard they throw from short distances to first base or any base for that matter... There's only so much the first baseman can handle over there lol, just give him a nice and easy throw!
Especially with that big 'ol glove lol. It's like an adult trying to catch with a glove made of lead.
PURE CLUTCH
Japan makes you make the play and that's why they always make it far in baseball, that bunt was a perfect example of that!
A bunt down to your last out what a gutsy call🫡🫡
Spoiler Blocker
Is that Angel Hernandez Jr. behind the plate? Some of those strike calls is what MLB is all about!
WOW!!! What a great game, very exciting
Japan really Pearl Harbored them with that bunt.
Man that bunt was gutsy!
Not even one of the better bunts we’ve seen this World Series. Crazy
it throws off the defense and out payed off lol
Wow what a game!!! 👍🏻💪🏻
11:55 was that kid paid or something
For real
japanよく頑張りました。サードとショートは将来が楽しみ。
Brutal call at 1:10. Kid got hooked
“Only Japan could pull of a sneak attack” 😂😂
when did Japan sneak attack?
@@yuumetal2363 1941
@@yuumetal2363 here you go youngster...Dec. 7th 1941
@@jrex3575 I knew it.
why dont you just say attack of Pearl Harbor?
As we all learnt in school. "Japan suddenly attacked Pearl Harbor sneakily" is a lie.
Before the attack of Pearl Harbor,
U.S (Flying Tigers) assaulted Japan.
I am sure you have heard of the name.
also U.S submarine attacked Japanese submarine, which is before the Pearl Harbor attack.
"The war didn't start because Japan suddenly attacked Pearl Harbor."
Also this is important part that I wish you to learn.
Japan was desperately trying to avoid war with U.S. So Japan kept giving peaceful proposal to FDR through (Hull Note).
I am sure you have heard Hull note as well already.
but not many people are familiar with the contents of the Hull Note.
U.S refused all the proposal and provoked Japan.
Even though Japan knew they would lose, they had no choice but to fight.
Economic sanctions forced Japan to collapse or fight
Unlike the 2001 hollywood fiction movie Pearl Harbor, which has a scene Japanese air fighter attacking hospital and civilians,
Truth is Japan aimed military base in Pearl Harbor. Civilian wasnt target.
Unfortunately there were 57 causalities of U.S citizens who were in the military base, but again, Japan aimed military base.
as a revenge, U.S aimed and m○○s○cred about 1 million Japanese civilians with incendiary bombs and atomic bombs and so on.
Now you know. thank you for reading.
its no problem at all that you guys didnt know about this. but hey papadapilas32 did you really have to insult Japanese bringing such history into this kids baseball? does that make you feel good? I am sure your country did worse.
I used to believe Empire Japan is an evil. but everything was lie made by victorious countries to justify the war. there was no decent country like Empire of Japan in that time.
also Ill be glad if you watch this ↓ as this chance.
RUclips: Truth of World War II - What did Japan fight for
@@yuumetal2363 It's just a joke... You don't have to take it so personally. Did you know that we Americans sometimes joke about 9/11 too? And that was _much_ more recent.
Also, your attitude of "everything was a lie, therefore Japanese Empire good" is very dangerous, conspiracy theory level thinking. You are correct that Pearl Harbor was not completely out of nowhere like most Americans assume, but that doesn't make it a good thing. Japan was in the process of taking over and subjugating half the world just like the Nazis were trying to do. No amount of atrocities committed by the US or anyone else will ever retroactively justify that.
It's also very weird to even bring up that widely panned movie as if Americans thought it was true at all. When we think of Pearl Harbor, we think of the warships lost like the USS Arizona, and of how it awoke the sleeping giant and kicked off our full participation in WW2 in both theaters. Period.
Outstanding!
Panama pitcher error, caused his team to lose. Good job Japan never gave up
Yup. Can’t double clutch that
that double play review was a bang bang clall thats tough
Japan vs mexico is gonna be another close battle. Will come down to pitching im sure. Idk how this game was so close, Japan just hasn't been the same here since 2019. ESPN forgets they went 0-2 last year.
Agree Japan has really
Lost that fearsome image they used to have. The teams they bring these days are easily beatable
The rule change will have unintended consequences. Teams will show up with a 10 or 11 man roster for the next couple years then LL will change the rule to require a minimum 12 man roster, then they will revert back to where they started, which is a 9 man batting order and minimum playing time requirements for the subs. But… we’ve seen managers willingly take an ejection and tournament suspension by intentionally disregarding the minimum playing time requirements at the expense of a 12 year old just for a better chance at a win.
Thought 12 was the minimum amount?
@@Brandon-qd2lb I saw 11 man rosters in regional play and I think I saw one or two in the WS. You can get waivers to run with less than 12. At any rate, it’s a huge disadvantage to bat 14 players compared to 12.
yeah - it'll be a headache for sure. Not sure what is the right answer here. I have seen some players make all stars and travel all around for the whole summer just to get one at bat per game as well just to meet the rule requirement and they ended up opting out of all stars the next year. Who wants to spend their whole summer practice and traveling just to get one at bat per game. This ensures all players will get decent playing time and a chance to be involved in the batting order. And I think this would benefit the greater LL community but of course give way to those ultra competitive coaches that will game the system.
Shocker from Vargas in the field, same as their other loss.
Facts 😂
Dang a bunt right back to the pitcher and he bobbles, game over.
wHAT A GAME!!!!!
Very good play by both teams
"A sneak attack bunt..." jesus
1:07 wtf? lol.
that shit was so outside, hahaa
I love on the third drop strike when the runner got hit in the helmet the first baseman looks at his glove like huh
Thank you Wheels
Are they gonna cancel the play by play announcer for the sneak attack comment lol
Sloppiest Japan team I’ve seen in years. Wow
Having 14 on your team compared to 12 is a big disadvantage. Now you want as few players as possible with everyone hitting
I know they won but this year Japan team seems like a middle of the pack team. I might be wrong though and they might make it to the international championship. Lots of errors and inconsistent plays. Hopefully proven wrong.
Spot on! They were like this last year too. I guess long gone are the days when they were the most fundamentally sound team year in and year out.
It will be interesting to see if they play Taiwan again and Fun pitches now that they have seen him once. I don't think he can pitch in the Curacao game. I wonder if, now that they have kind of gotten over the shock factor and have a bit of an idea what they are looking for, they may be able to put together something to get to him. Not sure what, but it would be interesting to see.
Japan is generally an above average team every year now. They are nothing special anymore. I honestly miss the days when they were the big monster team from overseas lol
They may run out of pitching before the international champ game... we'll see here on out.
How in the world is the first pitch a strike?
11:36 "A sneak attack... only Japan could pull something like this off" oof.
Can anybody tell me what knockout pitch #14 unleashed at 12:56, methinks a splitter but holy hell who taught him that
Japan at its best
the defense from JP is just disappointing. especially the catcher.
"Only Japan could pull off a sneak attack like that." 💀💀
OMG sneaky Japan! (that could be turned so many ways XD but seriously I love Japan!) What a GAME!!!!!!!
Even better than MLB 🎉
japan is making history with the most passed balls ever!!
''sneak attack'' lol!! ... and a corporate forced apology coming in 3 .. 2 .. 1
11:57 what is the SS doing? You have to knock that down at all costs and he barely got a glove out?
japan only team with class
these Karen's screaming their lungs out while Japan is pitching speaks volumes to their Karen level.
I know these are kids but objectively Japan has always been known for having the best catcher and this kid might be the worst theyve ever brought to the LLWS. Cost them against Taiwan and didn't look great here either
They call that one the ole Pearl Harbor in the Japanese playbook. Ole j boys
Since the start of LLWS I'm seeing the Japan team always leaving the ball on the pitching circle at the end of the inning. Is it a Japanese tradition or just good behaviour?
They are very respectful of the field. They won't even spit seed shells on it.
Why did the pitcher not throw the ball wtf
I am 😢
SHOHEI’s KIDS NOT FKN WITH YA
👍🏻
Umpires are absolutely horrible
Japan always wins by forcing the other team to make mistakes. They rely on their opponents horrible fielding to win.
Both these teams were so lazy. Neither deserved to win
Spoil blocker
Nope
Every kid gets an AB,,smh, wtf man..thats not real baseball,,,
It’s little league
This ain't travel ball buddy...
@@CaptainS99 they just started doing this, I've been watching LLWS since the 80s never seen this before...
@@CaptainS99 America is soft as can be,these kids are All Stars they've been the top dog on their respective teams throughout the regular season, the kids need to know it's not about them all the time..and it makes it easier on the pitcher...
man what a terrible error to have blow the game. such an easy routine out at first or even a soft underhand lob to home the guy was sprinting right at the catcher. congrats to japan tho, definitely a good team
Japan has went way down hill
