Yes! I used to work at CLO :) I was a technical designer in fashion and learned the software from scratch when I was hired.

I wouldn’t say pivoting, though you definitely could if you’re interested! It’s the perfect time to use it to make more money or get promoted. Generally though, I highly recommend learning 3D because it’ll be as ubiquitous in the industry as adobe illustrator very soon, and doesn’t necessarily mean a different job, just different workflow😉
