The real magic is all in how tight the seal is. The silicone system of these frames seems exceptionally good. But as I was considering purchasing them, let's just say the pricepoint inspired me to look into a D.I.Y. way to do this. Maybe it's because I used to watch "This Old House" when I was a kid 30 years ago! (When we used to do things ourselves more instead of buying new things). 1/4" plexiglass, sealed properly with good weatherstripping will cost you about $100 or less per window, so I went that route. That accomplishes the same objective and is very effective for sound & drafts. Again, the magic is all in how tight you can seal it. So you're paying a lot of money for the frame they have invented ~ which looks great, but I couldn't justify the price.
Nothing better than using a product thats user friendly. 🤗

Indow inserts are designed to easily come in and out of the window, so you can remove them when needed. About 80% of our customers leave their inserts in year round, with others taking them in and out seasonally. Homeowners often do not open all windows in their home, just a couple select ones, so putting those into storage over the summer is easy. Customers who are trying to block out noise will likely want to keep them in year round.
We do not make any fittings for window door sliders, but have helped customers with inserts in door openings if the doorway is no longer in use.

I'm in Florida and need your inserts for my 8 windows. I live at a busy interaction and hear fire trucks and road noise all day as my home is at the stop sign at a heavily used T section. How long does it take from order to arrival typically? My windows are single pane. Thanks

Way too expensive for what you are getting. Go buy your own acrylic and make them yourself. You can even get thicker acrylic and still save $$$$$. Very easy to do this yourself.
