Ahhh thanks man. Yeah a few tweaks and this thing is super fun to play! 😄 Toronto, Nice! That's were all of the cool guitars in Canada are😉. Thanks for checking out the vid!
The guitar ended up being pretty cool, Jay-Bone. And you sounded fantastic at the gig! Awesome fun being able to watch and hear you and the boyz do your thing. You've got a really nice live sound! You did good with that Westcreek!
Thanks man! Appreciate ya! Turned out to be a good guitar. I sent all these Vids to westcreek so I hope they dial in these issues in the future runs of this new line...
I am really liking the setlist you shared. This would have been a really fun show! I gotta share this; when I was in Jr. High School way back when... the local Pizza place was named "Jenny's Pizza." And yes, they got THE number. Back then you didn't dial area code for local in the US. Everyone knew the number for Jenny's Pizza by heart.
Brother man, thanks for sharing. Looks like you got the JX-20 up to snuff and then some. You really got me thinking about getting one. I like the print on Mike's. It spoke to me somehow (smile). But I am going to hold off until we get to experience and play the TT-20 (vicariously) through your upcoming TT-20 review videos, etc. down the road. Thanks for making some great content.
Well, that was an awesome night. You worked hard. Used the bridge mostly and split. Saw it in the middle once. Westcreek should put some of that as a video on their Amazon ads. They emailed me to find out what my issues were with my guitar after I posted issues with it on my Amazon review. It basically amounted to duplicate everything you also found. Except for the difference of raised Frets and fret ends on my neck
Hahaha thanks! Glad they contacted you! They need to know! Bridge, split, neck, position 2 and maybe 4 as well... Can't remember hahaha! I had w hours of video chopped down to 12 minutes lol!
Woozers! Very nice sounds coming out of that guitar! Doesn’t hurt that you were Killing it either. Cool band! Thx J, BTW, if you guys have Father’s Day in Canada, well then, Happy Father’s Day!!!! Keep on rockin!!!
Hey Jman just wanna say what an inspiration you are. The fu. You ha e playing that geetar the work you do o. Your own purchases I'm sure inspires other I'm just an old 51 yr old who's decided to pick it back up I build my own financial reasons but many blessings brotha
Nice picking! Always appreciate the "how is it live" videos. And it sounded okay for the purpose of demoing the guitar. The drums and bass will have to wait their turn! 2bikemike is still working on his, finding some identical issue plus a few more.
😂😂😂😅 Ha!, Ha! Excellent, my man! - esp enjoyed your l'il excursion into tragically hip, New Orleans is Sinkin' - maybe play it again tonite to the revised "Miami is sinkin' but we know how to swim!" to help THE OILERS outvof their "LITTLE BIND" in EDMONTON!-I'VE got to get one of those guitars for THE STANLEY CUP WINNING GAME! BEAUTY! EDMONYON in MIAMI! ( Neither HOPE! nor THE OILERS!, ever die!)- Cheers!
You’re actually gigging with an HSS Strat instead of a Tele?!?!? 😮 WOW!!!! I was NOT expecting to see this! 😂 It sounds pretty good on the gig, too! Hopefully the TT-20 will be even better-there’s obviously less that can go wrong or need setup and adjustment on a Telecaster-style guitar, like the vibrato springs.
Hahaha looks like a Strat feels like a tele, sounds unique! One would think a Tele would be a simple build, but I've worked on quite a few that made me shake my head hahaha like that Groove for one! Hahaha
Man you lied to me! You can so play Happy Birthday. I recognized almost 95% of the songs you played there. Even with the bad audio the guitar sounded very impressive. Now I have to improve on my rendition of Happy Birthday, you just put me to shame. Keep rockin J-Man keep rockin.
Hey cool man! Glad to hear they don't all need the work I had to do to mine in the last 3 videos hahaha... I haven't seen the promo for the JX-50 but I did hear about it! I want the TT-30 haha!
@j-man9457 the TT model.looks great too haha. The JX-50 caught my eye due to the 3 way switch. I prefer that, but no doubt love the look of this one. More westcreeks in the future haha
Oh sheeeet you went all Tommy Tutone on us! I hate Strats but that sounds great. This is something you should add to all your videos where you do a setup to cheap guitars.

That Westcreek sounds great. Who would ever want to pay $2500 or more for a Fender when this guitar sounds and plays that great. I have a rule I live by - never spend more than $1200 for a guitar - it’s not worth it. And most of my guitars are builds, or mods.
Please make a westcreek jx-50 video review!! I recently have bought one and would love to know how to make sure its set up properly for use! Your videos are great help
Love the video, I’m just wondering with the price of the guitar and all the work that you did, what price would you put on the guitar now. If I had to pay someone to do all of the work that you did, .
Hmmm good question. I did a lot of extra work because I'm just fussy haha... All it really needed is better springs, the nut cleaned up, frets polished and of course a set up... Here in Canada these are 300. So I'd say probably around 450 for parts and labour?!🤔 And that of course depends where you take it... And also assuming yours has the same issues as mine. Yours could be flawless, or could be worse hahaha one never knows
I like the design but not the color. Only reason I hesitate is that I prefer black pickguards and this pickguard is not standard S style configuration.
Nice job. Great concert, i am sure. You sounded great. Maybe you can put your phone video in front of your monitor speaker to capture the sound of the instruments . Good job.👍
Yeah possibly... But only Vocals are in the monitors... Guitar and bass stage volume is just through our amps, and drums well everybody hears those hahaha!
