Best to eat it with sweet chili sauce (so you won’t taste the fishy smell) and while it is hot, but I usually eat it after it has cool down, which will be dry and kinda harder to chew. I used to eat 8 pieces at one go for tea time 😋
I usually make a small cup of chamomile tea to go with it to wash away the oil hehe. Btw that’s a really mouth-watering fried kuey teow, except I would opt for no kerang (cockles) haha.
