I just got back from a Weartesters vid and was genuinely surprised that due to its low profile setup compared to an Air Max unit, it was originally uses in womens dress shoes as an alternative cushioning in the forefoots!
Saucony Grid 9000, Asics Gel Lyte V, Adidas Alphabounce and maybe Diadora N9000. They're all dope and really comfortable. I personally find my Grid 9000s to be my most comfortable pair of sneakers, even more comfortable than my pair of UBs.

Lebron 8/viii v1 or v2, are not only the most comfortable zoom air shoe, but shoe period (in my personal opinion). Wish more people can experience it. Fingers crossed for a future retro.
It's funny how these comfort techs is marketed as performance enhancement, especially for "energy return." If you understand physics, no cushion is better for energy return (like for jumping and running). So, in my opinion, zoom air, air max, and boosts are only for comfort, not necessarily for performance.
I have a few pair of the zoom all out 2 running shoes and love them for running and casual wear. Never had the Lebron X(which I regret), but I do have the KD X with the full length Zoom and it is amazing on and off the court.
Definitely the Talaria and Spiridon are my favorites. I just wished that they released more sneakers with zoom and implement it like Vapormax. Because most of the times you can't feel the zoom.

the Air Jordan 12 is my favorite sneaker in terms of impact protection. I'm told foamposite pro/one's are a little better but to this day I still haven't copped a pair for my collection which is weird considering the amount of Nike's and J's I own
