Hey Jenelle....thank you for leaving your tutorials up to refresh memory. I have tried so many different ways cuz couldn't remember how. So went hunting and found your knots. You would not believe all the ways I tried but darn, ugly. Thanks, Peggy central tx

Spruce & Linen oh no, I’m actually blind, so am trying to follow what you are doing only verbally. I wasn’t clear which way you were going around the warp and how you came out with the loop that you pulled your yarn through to make the knot. Could you describe it a little more? Thanks!
@@Elizain140 Ok, thanks for clarifying! So basically what I'm doing is, for example, weaving plain weave (over one, under one) from left to right, as I go along I'll choose a warp string ideally after one of the "under" rows, and the next warp string I go around it from right to left, which creates a loop, then I take that loop and twist it once, and take the end of the rope and pull it through that loop, pulling tight and creating a knot, then continuing with plain weave from left to right, and randomly repeating the knotting until you choose to stop or turn around. You can simply reverse these instructions if you're weaving from right to left. Hope that helps!
I cannot do this. I've gotten it right maybe twice, but I can't seem to repeat it. My brain would appreciate an illustration, but I haven't had any luck finding one. Has anyone seen one? You know what I mean, with the cord and warp different colors so you can clearly see what's happening? I hate having to try to find the spot I need in the video. 😭
I’m sorry you’re having trouble! Have you tried watching on a larger screen? If you’re watching on a computer you can also watch frame by frame using the < > buttons on your keyboard (not the arrow keys) that way you can watch as slowly as you like.
I do a lot of thrifting and picked up some tasseled tie backs, I can see them looking great in the knotting technique. TYSM.

Could you describe how you made your knots a little more, since I can’t see them? I love texture, obviously, and would love to try this technique!
Hi there, do you mean the video quality isn't clear?

Spruce & Linen yes, thank you, I think it does! I’ll try it and tag you in a photo on Instagram and maybe you can tell me if it looks right :)
I love you 😍
