- Yesterday President Putin declared the Donetsk region of Ukraine was now part of Russia.

Today the Russian defence ministry said its troops had abandoned the town of Lyman, a key logistics hub in Donetsk, after Ukrainian forces got close to encircling them.
And it could allow a further push by Ukraine into Russian-controlled areas of the neighbouring Luhansk region.

Don't get too excited. Russia withdrew so they could annex the parts of the Donbass by holding a referendum to see if people from the region wanted to join Russia. Now the referendum has illustrated every referendum held has overwhelmingly voiced their affirmative to join with Russia. Once that process has completed its course with protection and security, the regions will be cemented permanently with Russia. The vast majority of these people are Russian and have been attacked by Kiev for nearly nine years now, since the war mongers in Washington orchestrated the Maiden Coup d'etat in Kiev in 2014. You are not getting the truth from the MSM in Canada or the USA.

South Africa actually had built nukes and relinquished them in ‘93, Ukraine and Belarus inherited nukes and gave them up - but that’s splitting atoms/hairs. Every effort should go into supporting Ukraine against Russia.
In what way is it splitting hairs. It's critically important. Had Ukraine retained a fraction of that nuclear arsenal, Putin would never have dared invade. No nuclear armed nation has ever been invaded. That's why countries around Russia are desperate to join NATO. To put themselves under the nuclear umbrella provided by the US, UK and France under Article 5.

Also, what the mainstream media won't show you images of is the hundreds and hundreds of buses parked in Moscow that were used to bus these crowds in for Putler's speech celebrating the liberation of Lyman by Ukrainian forces. Apparently they were paid to applaud the monster and wave flags. The whole thing was staged/choreographed and one day after his absurd speech Putler will now be crying into his vodka at the news that Ukraine continues to liberate more parts of territory that he falsely claimed and boasted are Russian.
