      1) Russia is most likely going to lose the war despite mobilization
      2) putin has painted himself into a corner where a loss is not an option
Therefore he is going to use nukes once the realization of a defeat sets in.

Russia is a textbook medieval society, which is run by a mafia clan and fully supported by the Russian Orthodox church. The Russian army is a typical medieval army, whose goal is to rape, torture, castrate, kill and loot unarmed civilians and prisoners of war. And Russian society is lacking critical thinking, built on the feeling of hate towards everything and everybody who is different from them. It is very naive and dangerous to think that only Putin and his regime are the problem. The problem is much deeper than that, and to change that for the better will require generations to change and a completely different environment. But meanwhile we just need to help Ukraine strengthen their military force as much as we can, because medieval society understands only one argument - the one of power.

It's not Russia's way. Ukraine will split in 2 parts as is happening now. The worry for Europe is that the conflict doesn't go into other borders.
This will be a drawn out affair.
Slowly Russia will hold referendums for regions to them and they will likely build military bases in those areas, the local people are either willingly joining Russia or the Ukrainians are leaving going west.
A split land grab for Russia will be considered a win. It doesn't look like Ukraine will fall totally at any stage and zelensky will hold power. This will setup a 3rd confrontation in the years to come.

Afraid of “losing” his worthless life… so many young people have already lost theirs because of that person. Among them some real intellectuals full of ideas how to make the world better (at least on Ukrainian side). It’s simply infuriating to see all this happening to my country. Will this crazy eastern neighbor never let go?.. is russia itself not big enough?.. rhetorical question

AT THE MOMENT NO ONE HAS THE BALLS TO DO IT - THE KILLER WILL HAVE TO BE KILLED AND SO WILL HIS/ HER FAMILY (REVENGE) SO AS NO ONE CAN BE TRUSTED NO ONE CAN RISK TO TALK ABOUT PUTIN A MOMENT MAY COME IF ONE OF HIS INNER CIRCLE LOSSES A ONLY SON OR DAUGHTER SO IT NEEDS SOMEONE WHO HAS NO REASON TO LIVE TO DO THE DEED

      Are you deaf and blind?
Thousands of innocent defence less people have been killed in masses, infants and babies and animals too.
And their homes blown to smithereens and their cities burning..
What exactly do you thank God for??

I was just thinking this morning how glad I am that the painted clown and 45th president of the united states isn't in office. I shudder to think of how divisive he would be within NATO, praising Putin, and echoing his justification for everything.

Mikhail is a very wise guy, it is a pleasure to watch him and listen. I do believe he knows exactly what he sais and I hope he never gets in danger again by his open talks. He is really very brave but it is needed. I wished we could do much more to help Ukraine and the russian people that suffer under Putins regime.

After all, in the event of defeat and loss of power, not only his life is at stake, but also the lives of his entire family. In this respect, he has nothing to lose, and everything is possible up to the ultima (ir)ratio.
