I agree, I'm not a fan of YSL slgs at all. The leather is so stiff, I couldn't imagine trying to actually use it. You could probably get better SLGs on Amazon.😅 YSL is ok with some of their bags, but I always end up going back to LV and Chanel. I sold my grey large college bag and Lou camera so black (chipping hw after one use). The Niki bags are ok, but the chain is cold on bare skin, and it gets heavy when full. The crinkle Vintage leathers are not the nicest to look at and don't wear well. I also returned my Toy Lou flap because it was too tiny! It was playing Tetris to take things out, was pointless. The envelope bags are too stiff, and the medium college bags don't have a removable strap, nor carry a lot.😆 I do have a couple Tribute heels (lower platform)--that was the only thing I really like, but their prices have gotten outrageous when the resell value is horrible. Best to buy preloved, if desired, but many don't hold up well quality-wise when you look at their preloved bags, unfortunately. 😂

I share your unpopular opinion about the quality of the YSL textured wallet. It is quite very stiff and doesn’t smell or feel like leather. I would assume it is due to a thick layer of plastic coating on it. I was considering getting this wallet until I went to the store and got to touch and feel it in person. Bottom line, i ended up opting for a classic flap card holder from Chanel. It smells like leather and feels like leather!:) Great content as always! Please post more often❤
Yes!! Exactly! I love beautiful leather, that SMELLS and feels like leather with very minimal finish. I used to think textured leather was best because of wear but now I would prefer a smooth leather even if it means it’s going to get scratched and beat up. Love the bandeau👌🏻 so funny I also got this wallet a few months ago in black, didn’t smell but I didn’t like how bulky it was. I wanted for my smaller handbags. Ended up getting a card holder from LV. I love their SLGs. ❣️
I love LV SLGs! They’re definitely my favorite. I’ve had my monogram cles since 2015 and nothing compares to it for me!!!! I always try to branch out and try other things but it’s just my absolute favorite as a small wallet/card holder! Thank you so much for watching/supporting!! 🥰
agree whole heartedly, luxury purchases should be something that just makes your heart sing :) the bandeau is very cute! this collection doesnt do it for me... which isnt a bad thing lol it is good for my pocketbook :)
