-----------------------LYRICS--------------------
In the land where East meets West,
By the Bosphorus, the city blessed,
Constantinople, jewel of light,
Stood against the darkest night.
From the walls, so high and proud,
Echoed cries, the city's shroud.
Empire's heart, Byzantine grace,
Doomed to fall, its final place.
Oh, Constantinople, tales of old,
Whispers of glory, stories told.
Empire's cradle, rise and fall,
We hear your name, through ages call.
Through the streets, the shadows play,
Of emperors and saints' array.
Hagia Sophia, domes so grand,
Silent witness to the land.
Knights and scholars, merchants' gold,
Legends of the ages unfold.
Cross and crescent, clash of fate,
Sealed the mighty city's fate.
Oh, Constantinople, tales of old,
Whispers of glory, stories told.
Empire's cradle, rise and fall,
We hear your name, through ages call.
In 1453, the siege began,
Sultan's cannons roared, the end was planned.
Last Emperor, with sword in hand,
Fought for the last of his sacred land.
Byzantine dreams in shadows cast,
A city fallen, echoes of the past.
Through the ruins, whispers still,
Of a time when dreams were real.
Oh, Constantinople, tales of old,
Whispers of glory, stories told.
Empire's cradle, rise and fall,
We hear your name, through ages call.
Now Istanbul, a name anew,
Yet the old city's spirit grew.
Through every stone and every street,
Constantinople's heart still beats.
Oh, Constantinople, never gone,
In our hearts, you carry on.
Epic, sad, the tales unfold,
Of a city with a heart of gold.
Мой Любимый Восточный Рим. ❤🥺😢 Навсегда в сердце. Κωνσταντινουπολη, εισαι για παντα στην καρδια μου. Αγαπω. κλαιω πολυ
Make Istanbul CONSTANTINOPLE again 🇬🇷
🇹🇷؟🤔
As a descendant of greeks who were in Constantinople at the time it fell, I cannot tell you how happy and emotional you made me with this. Thank you!
Falling constantinopole change destinies of many countries. Especially for Georgians 🇬🇪 left all alone around Muslims empires, which made our life hard through centuries.
😢😢😢
❤❤❤
Whoever wrote this is talented in writing melodies. This is beautiful. RIP Old Roman Empire of the East
Thank you very much!
Please tell us what songs you would like for us to create in the future.
@@EpicHistoricalMusic Can you do one on the Winged Hussars? And then maybe one about the Teutonic order!
Ofcourse!

This song is sooo goood. I love it ☦️☦️☦️🇷🇸
Thank you very much!!!
Absolute masterpiece!! As a descendant of the Byzantine Greeks and a huge history freak, there is only one thing to say to you... Big Respect and much love from Greece!!!
Thank you very much. Constantinople is and will always be in our hearts!
Constantinople is still %40-50 Greek by historical and cultural events but as a German ı always wonder, why do you want to still establish the Eastern Roman Empire? Because it is a Roman/Latin origin state and your nation, history, mythology and culture is more inspiring than that.
I think this age is like Greek Dark Ages because you called Germans as barbarians but now you wear, eat, drink like us. Romans and Greeks didn't wear trousers or shirt but Germans and celts did. Also there is no great philosophers and writers from Greeks for 500-1000 years but we have Kant, Goethe, Nietzche etc. It seems like you are more barbarian than us in this age.
More Byzantine Themed Music Please ! Long Live Constantinople ! 🛡️☦️⚔️

Die Liebe zu einem mächtigen Staatenland ist da, ich weiß wie es heißen wird nehmlich: RGV die Abkürzung verrate ich nicht
Nice song. Is this music really historical?
The music isn’t historical, but it focuses in historical figures, battles etc.
We incorporate historical instruments but in a modern approach.
@@EpicHistoricalMusic i see
@@EpicHistoricalMusic I have to admit, it does sound like it should be in those 1990s/2000s Disney’s 2d animation if they ever made a film based on Eastern Rome
