Love these mittens. Who would have thought a nearly "70" years old Granny like myself would Love to have a go at these. Up till now I have only made baby/children's hats and scarves. My hands are always cold when knitting, so first pair for me. I love the Valentine yarn you have chosen. Will make nice presents for my daughters and Grandaughter too ❤❤Thank you for your inspiring video. 😊
Yes! Can't wait to try this out. Really can't wait for the mittens though! Can you tell me what weight yarn you used? Is there a specific weight you'd recommend? Thanks for the amazing tutorial! I'll tag you when I post pics. 💜
This is a great way to make mittens. I don't have an addi but do have a loom that I'm am going to try this pattern on - will be a lot slower. If that fails I can still knit them but that is slower still lol xx
Thank you for the video I had problems last pair I made it didn't fit right. I save it into your video and save it Into in my email so I can watch it next time.
Could you make these on the 22 needle with thicker yarn and just open up stitches to make the thumb hole? Different technique, but looking for 22 needle machine patterns
Omg love this!!!! How do you get your yarn so tight. I tried making a glove and it's so loose. Not badnfor first try bit just seems so loose. Does it help having thicker yarn? Xx
Hi, there. I am enjoying your videos! I have a question: You seem to do something different than others I have watched when you change colors. Why do you make sure the yarn is knitted on the last white needle (46) AND on the first black needle (so that both the first yarn and the new working yarn is knitted on that stitch)? I am not a knitter, and still learning on a relatively new Addi. I was wondering if this is another technique used to get rid of the “row jog” that typically happens on a color change?
So, you are using the large Addi machine for these gloves? For some reason, I can’t tell by watching. Bad eyes, I guess..They turned out very cool! 🖤❤️
This is the only video in all RUclips that really helps me with the fingerless gloves! Thanks in advance ve been watching it like 4 times alreasy!

The weight is a 4 medium or worsted weight. It seems to run the best on the knitting machine
@@AltKnots Thanks!
These. Are. SOO exciting
Wish me luck I’m going to try and do these now omg 😮
Have fun🎃
I’m just here to say that I love your super darningneedle

Excellent tutorial thank you
This was great thank you!
This is great! I can’t wait to try it. Do I have to hold on to the yarn or is this optional?
I love it

I noticed this too!
Can I use a normal large needle?
Is there any possible way to make a sock pattern for a 46 pin machine? Like done on the straight knitting setting?
Excuse me while I go make as many of these as possible with my yarn stash.
💖💖💖💖

Yes it's the Addi King machine
Do you think I could use this as a guideline for the sentro?
It would absolutely work for the Sentro as well🎃
Awesome
🖤☠🖤
Hello, where can I find your type of needle....I so need!!!
The darning needle that I pick up the stitches with? I get them Hobbii yarn, Amazon and Joann Fabrics🎃
@@AltKnots thank you for the info, I'll be getting some.🖐👌
Can I use a Sentro.
You totally can
@AltKnots What size sentro would you recommend? I have the 48, 40 and 22 sentro machines.
What weight of yarn did you use?
It's worsted weight🦇
❤🖤
