I'm a pharmacist with hemophilia I started gym workout 3 months ago, my advise is to have a personal trainer and tell him in full details about you and that you're a hemophiliac. He will design a program for you, and after a while once you know your limits you can workout by yourself, but keep in mind that the process is very very long, but the results are rewarding, the first things you will notice is the decreased number of bleeds, your muscles are getting stronger, increasing a tiny bit in size. But the most important rule is to know your limits, do not ever exceed your limits. Best of luck
