Very interesting, it would be awesome to have a video where the different kind of construction , rocker, ratio, ecc are explained. Keep up the good work
Very interesting and informative !
Thanks for sharing . . .
Bring more videos like this , amazing 🙂
That was cool!
I would trust the precision and care a women would put in to building a pair of skis.
fantastic .....
Let it snow !!!
cool video. Interesting that the race skies are manufactured in separate location in the factory. Curious to find what wood they use for making the skies and whether they use different wood for different type of skies, ie comparing GS to ski jumping skies.
Cathal McGlinchey yes they do
They have wood in the skis!
Good job guys
How Biodegradable are their skis?
I like more ATOMIC but i like ROSSIGNOL to.
Sustainable business
😲😲😲😀😀😀👍🏂🏋️♂️
Unfortunately currently Rossignol is owned by Chinese company Anta
And? So is Arcteryx. Doesn’t really matter.
@@GeorgeLockwood So is Atomic Salomon {Amer}
Since 1970 Rossignol has been some, if not the best racing skis in the world I remember GS Ski from mid 1990's that were fantastic with VAS . Not a lot of side cut, THE BEST. 207cm EVER. From Killy and Kidd, now to Shriffrin. Bode Miller would have wished he skied on Rossignol, not Head, against Cuche.
type of ski depends on what the athlete wants. The top manufacturers' skis are all indistinguishable in quality but not feel. Rossignol isn't better for everyone.
Dommage, la mème en Français...
The unecessay complexity and quantity of scrap produced in this kind of production (aporx. 30% of all material used) was my main motivation to leave this business. And no, one should not listen to racers to improve skis, if I would listen to them, they would still be skiing on straight planks.
Is that why Stenmark shaved his edges to increase his side cut? Maybe you didn't know that part. Stay in your own lane, good skiing is foreign to you.
