- Today I have 15 new Greenlight 1:64 scale diecast collectable toy cars and trucks being added to my car show and collection. These have all been available to buy in the first months of 2024, and there are some really cool models and series to collect. Up for review is the complete set of California Lowriders Series 4, and vehicles from Barret Jacksons Auction Block, Hot Pursuit, Black Bandit, and many more exclusives. Popular castings return with the Jeep Gladiator Hellephant, Chevy C-10 Custom, Chevy K5 Blazer police, Fox Body Mustang, Caprice Classic, and a slew of old cars from the makes of Ford, Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Mercury. First car opened is a chase GREEN MACHINE!

Great finds! I am not sure if you know of them or not, but the 1:64 lowriders by Revell, as well as the Hot Wheels lowriders from 1997-1999 were a part of my childhood!

I need to find that Chevy C 10
Wondering if you could put those pickups with the bad bed on a bench vise and very very gently squash them at the bed lip and see if it flattens out. I suspect what is happening is the rivet machine is jerking the bed when it comes down to flare the rivet and the bed gets stuck crooked like that.
I suspect you are correct with regards to the way these models are assembled. Drilling out the rivet and re-drilling it for a machine screw fixes the issue

The Cadillac is missing a bumper and you're OK w/ it? If it was a basic Hot wheel I wouldn't mind, but at Greenlight prices? No way. 👎

As I said, I am contacting Greenlight to see what can be done. I already opened the car out of package before I noticed, but I guess I could just return it to the store and let them handle the problem - which equals acceptable loss and toss in the garbage.
