How to Change Language and Settings on No$ Permanently

Lots of people asked me from the previous video how to change language permanently on their No$, but the description was too long, so I've made a video. Download links are at the bottom.
First song is "Unrest - Hoist the Sword with Pride in the Heart", second is "Unrest - Call That Detestable Name", both from Etrian Odyssey 3 Soundtrack.
How to Change Language and settings permanently: download the NDS Firmware Changer (link at the bottom) and extract it; paste it in your No$gba folder, then double click on the Firmware Changer. If you got an error, skip this part and go at the second one.
1) A windows will pop up, where you can choose name, languange, date, ect.; after you've chosen the best options for you, click on Load, select the firmware.bin located into your No$gba folder, click on Patch and then on Save. Run your No$, and you'll see the options you've chosen displayed.
2) Download the comdlg32.OCX (link at the bottom); paste it into your C:\Windows\system32 folder (Windows XP and crappy Vista); C:\Windows\system if you got Windows 95, 98 or ME; C:\WINNT\system32 if you're using Windows NT or 2000. I believe that on Windows 7 the course is the same of Windows XP/Vista, but not sure, so try it and if you got problems, let me know about them. If you got Windows Vista or 7, skip this part and go to the third.
Once you've done, click on Start and then on Run. Type regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX for XP, regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX for NT or 2000, regsvr32 \windows\system\COMDLG32.OCX for 95, 98 or ME (WITH the space between regsvr32 and the \. Don't forget it or it won't work). Click on ok, and a message will appears, saying something like DllRegisterServer Succeded. Now open your NDS Firmware Changer and read the first.
3) If you're using Windows Vista or 7, first you have to search into your C:\Windows folder the cmd file (the file is just called "cmd", nothing less, nothing more) that should be into the system32 folder; if not, just search it through the command. Once you've found, right click on it and choose the "Run as an Administrator" option. A window will pop up. Type right after the C:\Windows\system32, without leave any space, regsvr32 \windows\system32\cmdlg32.OCX (remember the space between regsvr32 and the \, or it won't work) and then click enter. A window will say DllRegisterServer Succeded. Now double click your NDS Firmware Changer and read point 1).
4) For Windows 7 64-bit: Put the comdlg32.ocx file in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\, then in (admin) cmd, type "regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\comdlg32.O­CX".
