We would LOVE to BUILD our DREAM HOME ✨ But baby is nearly here and the kids have settled in school/ activities nearby so we’ve decided this will be perfect for our family for ‘right now.’ Life is about growth and our plans will continue… but for now we need to make a quick decision for the arrival of our baby boy 💙 Finding the “perfect” home takes a lot longer than we had hoped.. but we know we will find it soon 🙏🏽

You may want to consider Serendra (One or Two) in BGC next time - gated community, big gardens, multiple kiddie pools, kid’s playrooms, free themed events for kids and adults (like BYOB wine nights). Hope you find your dream home soon and excited for your new little one 🙏

Are you guys renting again? I thought you were looking to buy. I personally don't like apartments/condos for families with kids, but hey, it's not for me...
Same thought here. Also I once asked for those condos before they were built and I think they are way overpriced.
@@RaquelN They are… one bedroom is about 15 mil and the 2 bedrooms probably is 25 mil. They’re better off buying a real house with backyard and garden inside a subdivision with all the amenities but I think these condos they’re looking now allow for rent to own. Who knows, this couple might go back to London just like Juicy vlog.

It's a rented condo I believe. They are just moving to a bigger place as the family is getting bigger.
In my opinion, one of the houses that you viewed in Parañaque is more beautiful than that condo. I don't like condo living. I think a detached house is better for your growing famly. And besides , if you buy a detached house in Parañaque, Alabang or Antipolo, you can still visit BGC for a day and enjoy.

Not sure about Phil housing rule for the foreigners if they are allowed to buy a house. Sana all.
I think Kim is a dual citizenship because she has a Philippine passport so she is not a foreigner

If you want to buy a house, consider a long-term lease agreement with a Filipino landowner.

Guys IMO its still better to have your own. Alabang Las Pinas Paranaque are good places and is close to BGC

based on our experience where we lived before... AFTERNOON SUN IS NO GOOD. Considering our climate were summer is longer. Morning sun is much better. You will need curtain and even your aircon will be not sufficient to cool your place even until in the evening bec all concrete walls are still warm.

That’s the same building where Mike and his gf lives. That’s in McKinley. Balconies are not safe with running toddlers around. It’s so expensive paying these condos. It’s better if you live in a house esp. with a new baby on the way. It’s more natural for young families to have a backyard and ample spaces. I like the house you saw in Paranaque. It’s perfect for a growing family like yours. As you said, it’s not that far from BGC.
This is perfect for us, nothing is permanent. We’re still growing & flourishing ☀️

Having a permanent or building a new house is still good lalo na pag unti-unting lumalaki na yung family nyo and also the kids plus backyard or front yard where you can put up your kids mini playground and you can also have your own garden. At para na rin po hindi mahirapan yung kids to adjust to their new environment everytime you change location 😁😁😁😁 just my opinion po Kito Fam

i think the glass doors and the balcony terrace seems potentially dangerous for small kids specially if you're staying in the upper floors ... even with a nanny and soon you'll be busy taking care of a new baby ... i suggest you rent a bungalow house with a small yard and garden would be suitable for a growing family like yours ... just suggesting ...

Awesome. It is really safer and practical to have your own house not a condo with kids . House which is accessible to all amenities,safe,secure, strong water supply, EARTHQUAKE ready. Pasay,Paranaque,Las Pinas,Malate. Buendia Makati.
