HP Wireless Mouse X3000 G2 Not Working?

  • In this video I go through some troubleshooting steps you can try if your HP Wireless Mouse X3000 G2 is not working. Make sure you are wearing the proper safety equipment and take all safety precautions. I talk about making sure the battery is installed the correct direction, replacing the battery with a new battery, and trying the wireless USB receiver in a different USB port. I also show when to press the connect button on the bottom of the mouse. I have other videos of this mouse that I will link at the end of this video.     completely useless. This video is great for someone who knows nothing about computers. But in that case what does trying the mouse on a different computer do for them? sure it may help US realize that the mouse is ok and the problem is in our 1st computer. (yet you offer NO fixes using that information), and that information is falling on deaf ears if they know nothing of computers. So WhoTF did you think you were helping with this video?
    Not me! try putting "for dummies" in your video titles like this ,so people like me don't waste our time. btw. you are only telling us the same directions that come with the mouse.
