У нас по технологии сварки арматуры(прута) в нахлёст правильно так делать. Длина нахлёст это 10 диамеров арматуры. К примеру прут 12мм длина нахлёст 12мм × 10 =120мм

Here's what I see: when the two sharpened bars are put on the unistrut, the deformations are going in opposite directions. As soon as the welding begins, they are going in the same direction. That's a miracle. See 0:31

На втором примере показано соединение двух стержней электросваркой с нарушениями. Общая долина сварного шва должна быть не меньше десяти диаметров стержня при одностороннем шве и пяти диаметров стержня при сварке с двух сторон. В обоих случаях в начале и в конце сварного шва прибавляется по одному сантиметру.
На видит показана сварка с одной стороны. Длина сварного шва значительно меньше десяти диаметров стержня.
Да ладно Вы что из учебника это вычитали. Там неизвестно для каких целей свариваются два куска арматуры по учебнику одно а если треть центра не проварить может краев уже 100 проц достаточно для использования. Он вообще не для использования варил на видео а показать свой супер гений. Читайте следующийнадвамикомментарий не русский грамотные какие правильно написал не надо идиотизм делать сильно конус снимать и массу электрода наваривать. Эта наваренная масса не дает однородного сцепления 2 арматуры вместе. Нет качественного сцепления сварки. Глупость в чистом виде.
Смысл видео должен был содержать правильные решения с соблюдение норм сварки определённых элементов и деталей, иначе это видео не имеет познавательного смысла
Да,и не правильный угол электрода при сваривания.
Эти нормы жёстко контролирует ОТК и они изложены в СНиП.

Я так понимаю это для дома. Точить, а потом варить сроков не хватит.
Может с зазором варить, а потом его заполнять будет не хуже?
Просто выеживаться не нужно.и не отбивать шлак,пока металл раскалён. Немного торцонуть,с диаметра в сантиметр, примерно убрать под конус миллиметров пять.и угол более острый. Но такое соединение исключительно эстетический вид принесёт. Лучше всего в нахлёст.особенно если для стяжки,или подобного,эта ступенька будет очень хорошо держаться за бетон.

The only problem I see is after welding, it cannot be used as a re-enforcement. Rebar is a higher concentration of iron and it has a different heat treatment, that is why that you can bend rebar to the point of cracking and breakage. Plus, rebar has a heavier phosphate coating to slow oxidation (rusting), most welds (6011, 6013, 7018,) will rust faster than the parent material if left untreated. Portland cement, the primary ingredient in concrete it a strong oxidizer of metals and attacks rebar the minute it exposed and will attack the Weld and compromise it quicker than the original rebar. In a structural setting, were the rebar to fail where two sections were welded together, taking into account any load on a re-enforced wall or floor, the concrete structure will likely fail as well. Need I remind anyone what happened to the condo in Florida when the concrete that was improperly re-enforced and the re-enforcing fails.
That is why all re-enforcing (rebar), is tied together, unless it is manufactured as an assembly and treated to resist oxidation.
I think this was to demonstrate how to weld two steel bars together, rather than rebar for use in a concrete structure. But an excellent analysis in why you should not try tricks like this on projects where there are multiple forces at work that can degrade the overall integrity of an object.

The wire used to tie rebar is not meant to provide any sort of structural support. It just holds rebar in place until the concrete sets up around it. Rebar is weldable but it is usually much cheaper and faster to just lap it. However, there are instances in which it is welded. Also, concrete doesn’t degrade the metal inside it. They work together. Both chemically and mechanically.

Esta bien que el video sea para princiantes, pero describe que tipo de electrodo usaste porque el acero corrugado se cristaliza pierde sus propiedades y se rompera la ZAP (zona afectada por el calor) solo es soldable acero corrugado de Grado 60. Pdta: Este mensaje es para PRINCIPIANTES.
Comparto tu comentario... En la red veo muchos de estos casos de soldadura de acero corrugado y se entiende que será usado en construcción lo cual me parece un error...
El acero de construcción, x lo general es un sae 1020.. 1010. Nada especial. Incluso si lo metes en agua post soldadura.. es muuuuy difícil q de "cristalize". Es decir q se vuelva frágil. El término correcto es que se Temple. Aceros con bajo contenido de carbono no tienen alta templabilidad. A toda está, siempre y cuando estemos usando un electrodo común para aceros así. Ejemplo el E6013. Uso general.
@@Frank_golfstein solo te preguntaré si alguna vez sometiste tu soldadura de barras de construcción a una prueba de doblado.Ello corroborara tu afirmación o la negara...en Perú, la Norma técnica exige que el acero corrugado de construcción sea grado 60.Recuerda que una barra de construcción soporta miles de kilos y no me gustaría estar debajo de un techo donde usaron material soldado, durante un sismo... Saludos
Esa es una regla de oro no soldar las Varillas estiradas para, los que conocemos de soldadura, su vas a construir en lugar de soldar la varilla corrugado en un techo es mejor amarres de alambre recocido, para que pueda tener movimiento, de lo contrario soldando, una varilla corrugada de cristaliza.

I was an x ray welder for over 40 yrs 90 percent of it in the field, none of this is new it is only if you are still green and learning. I can tig weld mig weld and braze weld, my specialty was stick welding , I can pass the x-ray with a 6010 or 5 p which ever you prefer coming from the root pass all the way out with the cap, or 6010 the root then fill and cap with the 7018, or tig the root then come out with the 7018, or tig it all the way. Keep learning my friend there is lots more for you to learn.

Когда я работал на стройке сварщиком нам нужно было время от времени приваривать резьбу к арматуре, это такая резьба для стягивания опалубки, по факту она должна быть цельная но для экономии мы резали её по 15-20 см и приваривали в стык к 16 арматуре, так как нужно было сделать быстро и качественно я делал так
Брал уголок делал с него стол что-бы улаживать в него арматуру и резьбу , между собой делал небольшой зазор мм 4 , делал прихватку с верху, после этого немного пракрутив загатовку так, чтоб прихватка была с боку, тут же этим же электродом прорезал до прихватки и после заполнял.
ЭТО называется сварка в ванне!!! и да, шпильку из ст3 к высокоуглеродистой арматуре варят только так!!!
И что тут нового ? Все нормальные сварщики так варят, неужели сотню заготовок драть на наждаке под 45 градусов? Успехов ребята !

Yes it's low quality steel and not really ment to be welded...... for instance if u made a big wall out of it on the ground when u go to lift it into place (crane sized stuff) it would be more likely to fall apart than if assembled by ty wire
No. It's low carbon steel. Thats why it won't keep an edge if you make a knife out of it. And if you join rebar by welding it like this you shouldnt be on a building site.
